This was my first time staying at Storyline, and I was extremely satisfied—the place was very clean and the location was great! I usually stay at large Hotels, so I was a little worried about the Facilities, but after staying here I had no issues at all. When making my Reservation, I shared my Room preferences, and you prepared a Room that perfectly matched my request—I was truly delighted!! Both the building and the Room were carefully cleaned and felt very fresh and spotless. Breakfast wasn’t the typical buffet style; instead, we could put whatever food and drinks we wanted into a basket and eat anywhere in the Hotel. It was my first time experiencing that, and it was so much fun! My once-a-year reward trip turned into something really special!! I’d love to stay again next year! Thank you so much!!

Each room had an open-air bath or view bath, was spacious, new, clean, and very comfortable. The large public Onsen was also clean with beautiful views. The children loved the sauna experience (Löyly) and visited the Onsen multiple times. The outdoor pool was well-maintained and
