This was our first trip to Okinawa as a family vacation. Although we decided to go ahead with the trip with a typhoon approaching, the services at this Hotel were excellent and truly helpful. Even on days when the weather was severe, we were able to spend meaningful time together with our daughter in the indoor pool and Onsen. In addition, you showed us thoughtful kindness in many ways for our daughter’s birthday, and as parents who chose this Hotel, we felt very proud. At breakfast, we enjoyed both Japanese and Western options from the buffet; in particular, the Japanese dishes offered daily rotating menus for guests on a Multiple Night Stay, which was very satisfying.
