The Room was spacious, clean, and had a great view from the balcony!! The rooftop offered amazing views and comfortable chairs, perfect for relaxing in the evening. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious!! The amenities were also very satisfying. We would lov

We were able to relax in a clean room with a great view. It was a hotel with excellent hospitality, and thoughtful touches could be felt throughout. It was our first time on Kouri Island, and we’re glad we stayed here. Thank you to all the staff.

This Hotel impressed us in every way—hospitality, Facility, everything. At check-in, a staff member even came out to the parking lot to greet us. While enjoying a welcome drink, we received a thorough explanation of the property. The kids were beyond excited about how spacious and spotless the Room was, and about the view. There were thoughtful loan items such as card games, so not only the children but also we parents had a great time. We were also happy to find ReFa straightening and curling irons and a SHARP drum washer-dryer permanently installed, with detergent provided as well. The cleaning was impeccable down to every corner—truly impressive! (We stayed at another luxury Hotel the night before and noticed uncleaned areas and even flies, but here there was nothing like that—everything was beautiful.) At night, we relaxed by floating in the pool while gazing at the stars. And then breakfast—again, amazing: tender Wagyu steak in the morning and carefully prepared dishes using local ingredients. We had mentioned it was an anniversary trip, and they even prepared a cake and drinks for us. Every staff member was polite and warm; our 6-year-old son says it’s “the best Hotel ever.” I didn’t know Kouri Island could be such a wonderful place. We would absolutely love to stay again—with this Hotel as our main reason for coming back.

I stay here twice a year. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. The room is well equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, bathroom dryer, drying rack, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, and vacuum cleaner. It is kept very clean, and you can enjoy a pleasant stay while taking in the view of Ie Island.

The in-room washing machine and the dryers on each floor were incredibly helpful. It made it easy to pack lighter, so my suitcase stayed nice and light, which was great. The room was spacious, and we had everything we needed with no issues at all. The staff were kind and helpful, so we felt at ease! And the breakfast was outstanding. Every day there were a few different side dishes, so we never got bored and truly enjoyed it. There were lots of Okinawan specialties, and I looked forward to every meal. The island bananas were absolutely delicious. It was also my first time trying gurukun, and I realized what a tasty fish it is. The location was convenient as well—perfect for sightseeing. I definitely want to stay here again next time. I was also soothed by the cat in the outdoor parking area, and I hope it will still be there when I visit again. A very satisfying stay—I’m giving this hotel 5 stars.

We stayed here with three generations of our family. With small children, this kind of hotel lets you stay without worrying about anyone. Both the room and the pool were very comfortable! We would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed here for my second night on a solo trip. Tucked away down a small path, it was so quiet—no traffic noise, just birds and insects. There were even cute little frogs on the terrace, which felt wonderful for someone who loves wildlife. The grounds are beautifully planted with lots of greenery, and the Room was extremely clean. The meals used ingredients harvested on the property and were outstanding—carefully prepared and delicate, yet warmly home-style at the same time. After the delicious dinner, they prepared a beautiful open-air bath for me, and I slept like a log until right before breakfast time. The owner couple were also very kind, sharing details about the ingredients, the plants on the property, and recommended spots to visit. This is a truly wonderful Accommodation filled with their care in every aspect—from the Room to the food to all Facilities. It’s an Accommodation I’ll definitely want to return to. Thank you very much.

The Room is thoughtfully designed and compact, but what mattered most to me was having a private toilet and bath in the Room rather than shared facilities. Both nights we had dinner on the rooftop terrace—truly the best seat in the house. Spending time there while watching the sunset became an unforgettable memory. The owner couple are friendly and give you just the right amount of space. At first I wasn’t sure what to talk about in the lounge, but if you happen to run into other guests, it’s usually just a simple greeting. Some people will casually start a conversation, which actually made it feel even more comfortable. The washing machine is free to use, and there are plenty of places to hang laundry. I want to keep it a secret, but it was such a wonderful Accommodation that I really want you to visit. I’ll definitely be back!

Our stay coincided with Typhoon No. 9. Normally, dinner requires a Reservation, but since going out or ordering delivery was difficult, they kindly provided a special Okinawa soba dinner for us. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the sauna, pool, or the starry sky we had been looking forward to, but thanks to the friendly staff, all-you-can-drink beverages and snacks, and the jacuzzi, we had a very satisfying stay.

A truly wonderful Facility! The Room was very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. There was a pool right in front of the Room, and we could also see the Kouri Bridge—an absolutely stunning view! We’d love to stay again!

For the past few years, I’ve been staying at the Phoenix Park Hotel whenever I visit Nago. Before that, I used other Accommodations as well. This Hotel is quiet, and 21st Century Forest Park (the beach) is just across the road—an excellent location, with a Starbucks also set to open on the beachside in mid-April 2026. The number of parking spaces in front of the Hotel is limited, but there is plenty of parking on adjacent lots (three locations within a 30-second to 2-minute walk), so it’s not an issue. There’s also a Seven-Eleven within a short walk (under 5 minutes). Emerald, a pasta & pizza place right near the Hotel, is delicious, serves generous portions, and offers reasonable prices. I plan to stay here again next time.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights). The Room was spacious and extremely comfortable. There were plates, cups, and a full set of cutlery, plus a frying pan, so I bought ingredients and prepared foods at a supermarket in Nago City for dinner. I had a packed schedule with marine sports and more, but it was so comfortable that I wish I’d made more time to relax at the Hotel. Sunrise spots, sunset spots, and Heart Rock are just a few minutes away by car. The Eisa performance was amazing as well—thank you!

The building itself is simple and has a warm wooden feel, and the view was just as wonderful as I imagined. As a personal request, the amenities were great and organic, but the loungewear was 100% polyester, so I would have been happier with 100% cotton or 100% linen. For breakfast, I chose the traditional Okinawan rice porridge since it was a special opportunity. The seasoning felt a bit mild for my taste, but it was healthy. It wasn’t particularly flashy, but I enjoyed seasonal Okinawan ingredients.

I’ve been staying here for about two years. Before that, I used Hotels a bit away from Kokusai-dori with a multi-story parking garage in front, JR- or airline-affiliated Hotels, and even pricey Hotels right in the middle of Kokusai-dori that were still far from the station. I discovered this Hotel on my way back from the yatai village. It’s great for a solo stay, for two with my wife, and it can also accommodate a family of four. There is an affiliated parking lot available. There’s a large public bath and a pool—and the best part is the breakfast!! Once you stay here, you won’t want to go back to anywhere else.

If you head toward the windmill landmark, you’ll find the Hotel right below it, so it’s easy to locate. From the Room, with Kouri Island in a diagonal view, the sea is just a few meters away. Dinner was decent. Breakfast was Japanese-style and delicious, featuring grilled salmon as the main dish. Western guests also stay here, and I think this Accommodation has a pretty good reputation.

Above all, the view from the balcony was amazing. The balcony was also large, and we could access the private beach directly from the Hotel—the sand was wonderfully soft. There were hermit crabs too, which delighted our kids! Breakfast was very satisfying as well, with Okinawan d

The Hotel itself is quite old, and the Room also felt dated—but even for me as a Gen G, it somehow made me smile. It had a nostalgic feel and was a very relaxing place. Even the bath in the Room felt homey and calming. It was a bit chilly so I couldn’t swim in the sea, but since there’s a beach, I think it would be really enjoyable during summer vacation season. Also, breakfast portions were very large—possibly too much for women or children. I regret not asking for a smaller portion before it was served to avoid wasting food. Everyone was very kind, and unlike many modern Hotels that are all-inclusive and can feel busy or noisy with “this and that,” it was wonderfully peaceful. I’d love to come back during swimming season. From what I researched, there aren’t any shops nearby within easy walking distance, but the shop inside the Hotel was open until 10:00 PM, which was very helpful.

The Room is comfortable with a pleasant view, and you can enjoy the nearby Heart Rock all to yourself on an early morning walk. The homemade vegetable-rich breakfast prepared by the warm and kind owner was also very delicious.

- The Facility was still very clean and well maintained, with effective air conditioning, so it was comfortable. - Heart Rock and Tokei Beach were just a short drive away, which was convenient. - The staff were kind and lent us packing tape for the cardboard box we needed to ship our luggage home, responding helpfully without any fuss. - Since there were five adults and three children, we rented two buildings; we appreciated that you arranged the Rooms to be facing each other. - The road leading up to the property is unpaved, and with the rain our rental car got covered in mud. - There was no dining table in the dining area, which made meals inconvenient. It would also be nice to have at least some basic seasonings. - We stayed for three nights and four days. Unfortunately it rained every day so the trip was a bit disappointing, but we still managed to swim in the ocean one day and have one BBQ as well. From the BBQ area we could even catch a glimpse of the sun setting despite the cloudy sky. I think it would have been much more comfortable in clear weather, so I’d like to come back again next time for a retry. Overall, I felt it offered excellent value for money.

This was our first stay on Kouri Island as a family of five. Our non-negotiable requirement was a private pool. Since it had just opened, there were honestly only a few Reviews and Instagram mentions, so we were excited to see what it would be like. We almost gave up because of a typhoon, but luckily it was scorching hot and sunny every day. We contacted the staff in advance to let them know we would be checking in late. They kindly reached out, and since it would be dark and hard to find, they came to pick us up even though it was late. The moment we arrived, we thought, “Wow—this is amazing.” Right in front of us: the ocean and the Kouri Bridge... The view is breathtaking. The Facility is new and very hotel-like—no waste, just everything you need. The complimentary drinks were plentiful too, which was a nice bonus. Everything was spotless and comfortable; it truly felt like a private space just for our family. If we needed anything, we called and they came right away—there wasn’t a single complaint during our five-day stay. To be honest, I want to come back for sure… so I hope you don’t raise the price! (LOL) I’m sure our next stay will be even more wonderful. This villa is officially one of my favorites. It became such a great memory—thank you very much.
