"Shirogane no Mori" is an "agricultural auberge" created by Yoshihiro Matsuoka, the founder of Kokko Farm (poultry farming), who personally carved out a mountain the size of the Tokyo Dome. It combines a Property, restaurant, Onsen, and farm. All guest Rooms are detached suites, featuring luxurious queen-sized beds. Each Room is also equipped with a private Onsen with natural hot spring water. At the panoramic restaurant "Shiki Minori," we serve creative kaiseki cuisine in private dining rooms, carefully prepared using ingredients lovingly grown by local producers, including those from the Shirogane no Mori farm. In April 2021, as a Hotel perched atop the station building adjacent to JR Kumamoto Station's Shirakawa Exit (East Exit), the entire Hotel was designed with the concept of "Kumamoto Goten" to become a new symbol of Kumamoto.
