Yamato Ryokan, which began as a tofu shop, serves handmade firm tofu every day. In addition to tofu dishes, we also offer Kumamoto’s specialty horse meat, including lava-grilled horse tenderloin and soy-milk horse shabu-shabu.

The Okuyamaga Onsen Ryokan, established during the Showa era, retains the nostalgic atmosphere of that time.
