The Natural Countryside Onsen Fukahori-tei is located in the heart of the Chikugo Plain, within a granary area. The main building, renovated from an old house passed down for 180 years, is a space harmonizing historical beams with modern design furniture. Craft Inn 手 [té], located in a traditional townscape of Yame, is a Property where you can experience the craftsmanship of Kyushu. The two Rooms, themed around indigo and bamboo, are adorned with furniture and furnishings created by artisans from Kyushu, utilizing local materials and techniques. Additionally, we offer craft programs where you can visit nearby workshops and experience hands-on craftsmanship alongside skilled artisans.
