The Old Street House is a Property consisting of two townhouses available for exclusive rental, located in the heart of the old town area, Utazu Town, Ayauta District, Kagawa Prefecture. To preserve the history and traditions of Utazu, vacant townhouses were renovated. The flow of time, which had paused for a while, is now moving towards the future.

La toile is a standalone house nestled in the satoyama, built in the 1950s when Japan was entering its period of rapid economic growth. The challenge was how to incorporate the passage of "50 years" while preserving the natural textures of the materials that make up the building. The answer, reached after much effort, was inspired by the "Schindler House," a masterpiece by Rudolph Schindler, a pioneer of American Modernism. It resembles a Japanese house manifested in America, yet it was built with a design philosophy distinct from traditional Japanese architecture—a fusion of modernism and Japanese culture.
