This residence and restaurant opened in 2021 and was designed by Junya Ishigami Architects. Owner-chef Hirata’s strong vision—“I want a building that gains depth with time; not something sleek, but one that embraces the rawness of nature”—was brought to life by architect Junya Ishigami over the course of ten years.
