Centered on seasonal ingredients from the sea and mountains of Setouchi, we offer a course menu that draws out their character through a variety of techniques. "LOG," located halfway up the slope leading to Senkoji Temple in Onomichi, is a Property that has been transformed from an apartment built in 1963 into a multi-purpose Facility in collaboration with the Indian architectural group Studio Mumbai. The third floor, which houses the Rooms, is exclusively for guests and features a library inspired by the study of Bijoy Jain. Both types of Rooms incorporate handmade Japanese paper by Wataru Hatano, allowing guests to enjoy a unique stay with experiences such as the shifting light filtering through shoji screens and the distinctive "sounds" of Onomichi from outside the windows.
