The Facility and Room were stylish, impeccably clean, and incredibly relaxing. The tea and snacks prepared at check-in were also chic and instantly lifted my mood. All the in-room amenities, as well as the sweets, coffee, and other refreshments provided, felt carefully selected. Dinner was far better than I had imagined—delicious, of course, and beautifully presented for the eyes as well. I requested a mixed pairing of sake and wine, which turned out to be exactly right; even though my appetite had been down from summer fatigue, both the drinks and the food went down easily. I also heard that even the seasonings are handmade, and my overall satisfaction was higher than at an auberge—maybe it is an auberge? The garden view was lovely too; with wonderful food and drinks plus attentive service, it became an unforgettable night. All of the staff were courteous yet friendly—I’d love to see them again. I’d like to visit again in a different season.

As expected of a long-established Hotel, the staff’s hospitality is truly top-class. I stay here every year as my regular Accommodation, and from check-in they welcomed me like a familiar face, which made me feel at ease—like coming home. The Room is spacious, and I can relax in the bathtub at leisure. I also have dinner each time at the French restaurant on the first floor, and once again I was completely satisfied with the outstanding service and cuisine. Breakfast is excellent as well—especially the morning curry, which is highly recommended.

We stayed as a couple and had a truly wonderful time. As it is a historic building in Kurashiki, we were looking forward to our stay, and it exceeded our expectations—full of charm yet comfortable and relaxing without feeling old. The meals reflected the season beautifully, and everything tasted excellent. Above all, the warm hospitality of the staff left a lasting impression. Their thoughtful care made us happy, and we genuinely felt glad we chose to stay here.

As this was my first time in Okayama, I planned my trip mainly around sightseeing in Kurashiki and made a Reservation at Ivy Square. I ended up arriving late at night because work ran over, but the staff greeted me with “Mr./Ms. XX, we’ve been expecting you,” and their warmth truly touched me. The Room Facilities were all new and spotless, and I was more satisfied than I had imagined. Since we were staying in the Bikan Historical Quarter, my husband and I went for an early-morning run, and having a coin laundry on-site was incredibly helpful. (I’d be even happier if there were a few more machines.) I also asked several times for help arranging taxis, and each time they responded quickly and very courteously. My husband and I found ourselves saying every day, “Everyone at this Hotel is so friendly and always smiling—amazing,” and it quickly became one of our favorites. Next time we visit Kurashiki, we’ll definitely stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

My first time in Okayama City. I stayed at the Hotel because I had dinner planned nearby with a friend who lives in Okayama. It was clean, and the shampoo and conditioner had even been refilled to the brim—I really appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail. Breakfast was a buffet, and the staff kindly explained each dish; I was very satisfied with the selection. Thank you very much.

Whenever I visit Kurashiki, I stay here. The Room is spacious, and I appreciate having a separate shower room. Breakfast is delicious, and the service is excellent. There are many great restaurants nearby (such as Yuunagi), and the location is convenient. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

We were very satisfied, but if possible, we have three requests: 1) Since the bathroom has both a bathtub and a washing area, we would like a wash bucket. 2) Since the bathroom has both a bathtub and a washing area, we would like a mirror in the bathroom. 3) We would like hooks for bath towels by the sink. I’ve visited Kurashiki for sightseeing about three times, but this was my first stay at Royal Park. It’s close to Kurashiki Station, and the area around the station has Tenmaya Department Store, other shopping malls, and an outlet park, so you can buy souvenirs and enjoy plenty of restaurants for both lunch and dinner. Also, Shirakabe Street, the Bikan Historical Quarter, and the Ohara Museum of Art are all nearby, so I was able to take my time exploring on foot. The Hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes and was very delicious. This is a great-value Hotel. There are still many places in Kurashiki I haven’t visited yet, so I plan to avoid the hot summer season and stay here again.

I chose this hotel because it’s close to the station and reasonably priced, and I was very satisfied. At check-in, they kindly stored my frozen and refrigerated items until checkout, and when I hesitated in the elevator on my way out, a staff member even pressed the button for me—overall, I was extremely pleased with the service.

We stayed one night in Okayama to spend some quality time together as a couple for the first time in a while. Our Room was a corner Room near the elevator with a great view. The Room felt a bit old, but it was well maintained and clean. We had planned to go out right away, but we ended up wanting to just keep enjoying the view. Breakfast was on the top floor, and the scenery there was different from what we saw from our Room, which was nice. The food selection included both Japanese and Western options, and they even had Kasaoka ramen—everything was excellent. We also appreciated having our photo taken. Since we chose a Plan with 12:00 checkout, we were able to visit a nearby exhibition while leaving our luggage at the hotel. We heard that the Rooms will be renovated next year, so we’re looking forward to seeing them after the renovation.

I always appreciate your flexibility in both Okayama and Kurashiki, and I’ve been able to enjoy a comfortable stay. I’m also satisfied with the breakfast. In Kurashiki, the bath isn’t very large, which is a bit disappointing. Also, with more tourists visiting the nearby Bikan Historical Quarter, if you check in a little late there may be no parking available. Be careful when using nearby parking—if you choose one without a daily maximum rate, you could be shocked by the total when you pay in the morning.

I believe it was the first day after the grand opening, and everyone at the Hotel provided wonderfully welcoming service—we are truly grateful. The meals featured plenty of Okayama specialties, and we enjoyed dining throughout. The Room and the large public bath were also clean and refined, making for a delightful stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches for our anniversary—it was an excellent Hotel. We would love to visit again!

I stayed for two nights for my university entrance exams. Perhaps because I informed them in advance, I was able to relax in a very quiet Room. I also used the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, and the food was so delicious I ended up eating too much.

With direct access to Okayama Station, it was convenient for both the Shinkansen and local trains. It was raining on the day of my stay, but they lent me an umbrella when I left my luggage before check-in, so I was able to enjoy sightseeing in Okayama. I would like to stay here again when I visit Okayama.

The Facility is new, and I had a very pleasant stay. All the staff were kind, and the calm atmosphere was truly relaxing... The complimentary snacks in the refrigerator also helped soothe my fatigue from the extreme heat... I stayed on a Friday, and the bath was almost private, so I could relax and fully enjoy it. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. It was my first time staying at Dormy Inn, but I’d like to try other locations as well. Also, you should definitely add breakfast! The quality was beyond what you’d expect from a Business Hotel. Everything was carefully prepared and delicious. I’d love to stay again.

The staff provided attentive service, and we had a very comfortable stay. The restaurant has semi-private seating, which allowed us to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace without worrying about others. The food was delicious, and we were very satisfied. Our Room was in a separate annex, with privacy well maintained, so we could truly unwind. This is a wonderful Accommodation where we would love to stay again if we have the chance to visit Kurashiki.

What I liked: - I was pleasantly surprised that the showerheads and hair dryers in the women’s large public bath were ReFa products. - The bed firmness was just right, and I slept well. What was disappointing: - There was only one elevator, so I had to wait twice at checkout. - The step at the bathroom/toilet door felt dangerous.

And when I entered the Room—what a surprise! It was very spacious, and the bed was huge!!\nBecause you take off your shoes at the entrance, I could relax and didn’t worry about dirt on the floor.\nThe table was large, and the TV was big and easy to watch.\nThe sink area is separate and convenient, and the bath and toilet were clean and spotless.\nThe wallpaper and flooring colors felt modern yet calming.\nThe mattress firmness was just right! The only thing is that the pillow was a bit low for me—I would have liked it higher—but for one night it was acceptable.\nEven the freezer section in the fridge froze properly. I also appreciated having plenty of hangers.\nAbove all: clean, beautiful, and comfortable!!\nAnd breakfast impressed me. There were lots of local dishes as well as desserts, and everything I tried tasted great.\nIt was a very satisfying breakfast.\nThere is also plenty of free parking.\nWith Marunaka supermarket right across the street, shopping is easy too.\nI liked being able to make bath salts in the lobby. The renovated lower floors were clean, and I had a comfortable stay. Sorry to trouble you, but I left behind a pair of black socks—have they been found?
