Located at Ako Misaki in Setonaikai National Park, this Accommodation boasts an exceptional setting and takes pride in serving seasonal ingredients prepared in a variety of styles. Enjoy the beautiful Seto Inland Sea throughout the seasons from your guest room, the open-air bath, and the restaurant. To the east you can see the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge; straight ahead, the Ieshima Islands; beyond them, Awaji Island; and to the west, Shodoshima Island. The large public bath’s open-air bath also offers sweeping views of the Seto Inland Sea and a spacious tub for a wonderfully open, relaxing soak. A highlight is the rare low-temperature salt sauna—rub Ako salt onto your skin to promote perspiration—which is especially popular. For dining, enjoy creative kaiseki cuisine centered on seasonal seafood. Oyster dishes are particularly popular in winter.

We offer comfortable stays tailored to your purpose, whether for travel or business. Our kaiseki cuisine, made with seasonal ingredients, is highly praised by a wide range of guests. For business trips, we also provide simple Plans such as those with breakfast or without meals. A free parking lot is available, accommodating even large vehicles. We also offer a free Shuttle Service to JR Banshu-Ako Station (reservation required). The natural Onsen, Satsuki-no-Yu, warms you from the core and is popular among both travel and business guests. All Rooms are Western-style, featuring clean duvet-style beds. In the summer of 2017, we renovated our guest Rooms to make them even more comfortable. From solo travelers to family or friends traveling together, our Property can accommodate a wide range of purposes.

Kaiseki Yado Shiosato was established in 1953 and has been operating as a Ryokan in this Banshu region for many years. Starting as a very small Ryokan with only 3 Rooms at the time of its founding, we have gradually grown with the support of our local guests. In 2003, marking our 50th anniversary, we underwent a complete renovation and have since been operating as a Property with 11 Rooms. Today, we welcome not only local guests but also many visitors from other prefectures through introductions and recommendations. Shiosato is still in the process of growth. We will continue striving to be a Property where guests can feel our daily evolution.

Located in the Kariya area of Ako City, where the charm of a historic castle town still remains, this property was established as a sister inn to Ako Onsen Shiosai Kirara Shokichi. Preserving as much as possible of buildings constructed during the Meiji and Taisho periods, we spent over a year renovating them with a focus on restoring them to their finest condition of the time. This Property offers stunning views of the Seto Inland Sea from every Room. Behind the Property lies Mount Joga, and in the summer, guests can enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. The open-air bath features Onsen sourced from Tsuijima Onsen, providing a refreshing experience. All Rooms are ocean-view, and some include private open-air baths.
