Located right by the central bathhouse “Ichino-yu,” Kobayashiya is an Accommodation designated as a Registered Tangible Cultural Property, featuring a rare three-story wooden main building. The views from the rooms truly deserve to be called the best seats in Kinosaki. Following the renovation, the property now includes penthouse suites with bedrooms wrapped in washi paper, a serene lobby finished with earthen walls, and carefully selected tea ware from regional kilns placed in each room—wherever you look, you’ll feel the beauty of traditional Japanese aesthetics. Our signature dining experience features Tajima beef, carefully selected by the young owner, served in the dining area. Breakfast is a stylish Western meal served in a chic café. The guest rooms come in three types: Japanese, Western, and Japanese-Western. Western rooms are equipped with Simmons beds, while Japanese rooms feature custom-made futon mattresses.
