Sumifuso is a small, family-style Property that offers hospitality with "Geo Gourmet" dishes, including fresh seafood and Matsuba crab caught at Hamasaka Port, one of the top-level crab fishing ports in The whole country. In Hamasaka, there is a Crab Sommelier system, where certification is granted after training and exams. A Crab Sommelier is an "expert in crabs and hospitality," sharing knowledge about crab dining as well as the history and culture of Hamasaka with guests. Our Property has four Crab Sommeliers who are here to assist in making your journey memorable. Shinonsen Town, Hamasaka, is a small rural town and not a major tourist destination.
