Thank you very much for everything. This is a wonderful Accommodation where you can enjoy both the gold and silver Onsen. Not only are the baths spacious, they are also kept extremely clean, making for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating time. The Shuttle Service staff, as well as all team members, were excellent, and the in-Room dining was delicious—there is nothing to complain about. When we visit Arima Onsen again, we will stay here. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality.

I stay here every time I come back to visit family. They are mindful of the environment while still offering amenities like tea, which is a nice touch. The former Takarazuka Hotel was wonderful, and the Rooms at the current Takarazuka Hotel are wonderful as well.

We stayed to recuperate after an illness during the intense heat. We would definitely like to come again in every season. The view from the Room and the night scenery were very soothing. The hamo hot pot kaiseki was exquisite.

I visited for a day trip. The staff were very friendly. It was in a quiet location, a little away from the Onsen town. I arrived by car about an hour early, so I went shopping in the Onsen town about a 12-minute walk away, and they picked me up by car at the tourist information center. It was raining, so I really appreciated being picked up even though it was just a day trip. Thank you very much. Next time, I would like to stay overnight.

This was my third stay. After arriving while it was still light out, I first enjoyed Goshobo’s semi-mixed Onsen and the large public bath with its golden Onsen. Since it was summer, even a short soak left me sweating nonstop. In the large bath, I shared the water with someone for the first time here; we had a pleasant chat and ended up soaking a bit longer. Dinner was a lighter, seafood-focused course. The chilled Awaji spiny lobster soup was a perfect match with Koshu wine. The highlight began with sashimi of meita-garei flounder and aged sea bream, followed by more Akashi-ura fish to enjoy. The charcoal-grilled Spanish mackerel and the Akashi sea bream acqua pazza were both seasonal specials you can only have here at this time of year. The broth in the acqua pazza was much lighter than last autumn’s filefish version. To finish, the cheese course left me fully satisfied in both quality and quantity—thank you for the wonderful meal. For breakfast, I switched back to the standard menu: milk, soup, vegetables—an all-around delicious plate—beautiful French toast, and yogurt meant to savor the jam and honey. Everything tasted exactly as good as expected. Even the mini breads were great; this time, the buttery croissant was my favorite. In my Room bath, I topped up little by little while letting it cool slightly, enjoying a pleasantly lukewarm golden Onsen. The breeze through the window felt wonderful: lush greenery everywhere, distant summer skies, murmuring sounds of life outside—and cicadas loud enough not to lose to them. Summer Onsen really is something special. After breakfast I alternated between the golden Onsen and the low-temperature sauna. It was an extremely satisfying holiday stay. Thank you very much. P.S. I made a Reservation for a day-use in-room dining Plan to celebrate my friend’s 60th birthday. Thanks to the Hotel’s thoughtful consideration, they kindly lent us a red celebratory vest and hat, which we truly appreciated. The Onsen was wonderful, and the meal was delicious—we even enjoyed drinks from lunchtime, making it a very fulfilling day. Thank you very much.

We enjoyed a Multiple Night Stay in the Sukiya-style Room, Futaba Aoi. It was a wonderful Room, filled with the owner’s and Nakamura Sotoji Komuten’s attention to detail in every corner. Both the Western-style room and the in-room bath were very comfortable, and we were able to relax completely. Since Arima’s Onsen town is compact, we took a walk in the morning and then fully enjoyed the Onsen at our Accommodation from the afternoon onward. Even though it was a leisurely trip, time flew by.

We made a Reservation at this Hotel because my husband had stayed here before and really loved the Onsen. It was our first time back in Arima Onsen in a while, and since it was also his first time trying the meals—and the restaurant had just been renovated—we decided to book. We were also able to reserve a Room where we could enjoy a Silver Onsen bath. The renovated restaurant was beautiful, and dinner was an Italian buffet, with Japanese dishes available as well, so we enjoyed a great variety. Breakfast was also a buffet in the same restaurant, but with different items from dinner, and we ate plenty of delicious food. Both dinner and breakfast offered paper cups for takeout, which made us happy since the Room only had sencha tea bags. The Onsen was very relaxing, and I could see why my husband likes it so much. The Silver Onsen bath in our Room was a view-bath style that you fill yourself, and it was wonderful to soak at our own pace. The view from the lobby was lovely too—it was a stay where we could unwind and enjoy great meals. Thank you very much.

We stayed with our 4-year-old and 1-year-old. Since it was both of their birthdays, you prepared a cake and celebrated with us, and when the staff took photos they used a sound-making toy to get the children’s attention, so we were able to take wonderful pictures. The large public bath can be used by children as well, and the women’s bath has a shallow pool, watering-can toys, and a chair for seating a 1-year-old. There was also a shower right next to it, so I could shower while watching them play. My mother passed away recently, so I brought her photo and placed it on the table. When we returned from the bath, dinner had been set—and in front of her photo you had placed rice, miso soup, pickles, tea, and even a meal for her. I was deeply moved. At breakfast as well, you kept an eye on us and quickly brought anything we needed; every member of staff was truly wonderful. For an Arima Onsen trip with children, this is the only choice.
