I forgot an item during my stay, but the hotel staff handled it very kindly and sent it to me with shipping prepaid. Also, since I was traveling with a child, I really appreciated receiving baby body soap and a shampoo set. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to stay here. Thank you very much!

We stayed to celebrate our son’s first birthday, and the Hotel kindly made thoughtful arrangements for our Room, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful time. What left the strongest impression this time was the warm hospitality of all the staff. At the club lounge, they spoke kindly to our son and even played with him, treating us warmly throughout our stay. Even with a child, we were able to relax and spend time in comfort. We were also truly moved by the attentive service—remembering small details from casual conversations and offering considerate support before we even had to ask. It was clear they paid close attention to each guest. During meals as well, they thoughtfully helped so that our son could eat more easily, and we were able to enjoy dining together as a family. We have stayed here several times, but this visit once again made us feel glad we chose to come back. The Facilities and food are excellent, of course, but above all, I believe the warmth of the staff is this Hotel’s greatest charm. Thank you so much for turning such an important anniversary into a wonderful memory. We would love to visit again.

I stayed for two nights to attend a party held at this Hotel. They kindly helped me arrange a kimono to wear on the day and advised me on gifts for local hosts, which was greatly appreciated. The Room and spa were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality of the Hotel staff was excellent, making my stay in Osaka truly pleasant.

Family trip to Osaka for four. Excellent access to Universal Studios Japan. About 20 minutes by train with one transfer to USJ. Parking is a flat maximum rate of 1,500 yen per day. The Room was clean and excellent. The bathroom was clean, and the toilet was also clean. Everything about this Hotel was great. A Hotel we would definitely want to stay at again.

It was so lush and green that it hardly felt like Osaka, and it was incredibly relaxing. The staff were kind, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much. We will visit again.

The room was spotless and very clean. It was a twin room, but quite compact—so much so that we had to shift the table a bit to make space when sitting on the sofa. That said, the window-side sofa was extremely comfortable, and we were able to relax while enjoying the view. I understand it’s due to the layout, but the toilet area was also very small, and I bumped my knees a few times when opening and closing the door. The washbasin area was a little dim as well. There are plenty of mirrors, but it isn’t ideal for doing makeup, so I recommend using the powder room in the public bath in the morning. On the other hand, the public bath was excellent. When I first got in, the water felt quite lukewarm, but it gradually became properly warm and very relaxing. The views from both the room and the public bath were wonderful—I imagine you can enjoy great scenery from any room. Breakfast was delicious too, and overall I was very satisfied. This time we enjoyed daytime views, so next time I’d love to stay again during Nakanoshima’s illumination season.

We stayed here after visiting Universal Studios Japan. 4 adults: 69,000 yen. No BBQ, breakfast only. Since the park was open past 10 pm, we arrived at 11 pm and basically just slept. The place was spacious and the heating was warm (there were three heaters, but we only needed one). It was also nice to have two sinks. A few small issues: we found hair on the bedding in two spots, and although there were four adults, there were only three coffee packets provided. (There were about ten packets of sugar and creamer… compared to just three coffees.) I also wish there had been tea bags. Not everyone drinks coffee, so it would be nice to have a drink option for both morning and night. As for breakfast, the hamburger was very filling—honestly a bit too heavy for older guests. Also, some people can’t eat meat, so it would be great to have non-meat options. The juice choice was apple juice only. Maybe because of the heating, the futons felt quite thin. We brought our own blankets, so it worked out. It was pitch-dark at night, but when we woke up in the morning, the view was beautiful. Overall we were satisfied. It felt like a waste to stay somewhere this nice just to sleep—next time we’d like to try the BBQ as well. Thank you very much.

I stayed here two years ago and was able to relax, so I chose this Accommodation again. I was able to relax this time as well, which is understandable given the current situation. However, the breakfast price increase felt a bit steep. Also, the hairbrush was small and difficult to use for people with thick hair.
