Thank you for upgrading our Room. Thanks to you, we had a very comfortable stay. From the window, we could relax and enjoy views of the sea and ships, and since it was perfectly clear, we could even see Harukas in the distance. On the day of departure, we really appreciated being taken by the bus leaving the Hotel around 5:00 a.m.! We were able to catch our flight easily and fully enjoy Ishigaki Island! We would love to stay again next time.

It was my first stay, and the Shuttle Service from the station was very helpful. The most outstanding part was the meals. The abalone liver sauce was especially delicious. The Onsen quality was excellent, leaving my skin smooth and soft, which made me very satisfied. I have booked a different Room type for my next visit. Looking forward to staying again!

I stayed overnight after a banquet the other day. The Room felt a bit small for a twin, but the view from the Room (Kansai International Airport was beautifully visible) was great, and I woke up feeling refreshed. It seems to be a relatively new Hotel, and it was very clean. The price with breakfast was also reasonable, and I would stay again if I have the chance. However, since it was my first time, it took some effort to find my way into the parking lot. From the second time on, it should be fine.

I stayed here to attend a fireworks festival. It was a bit far from the station, but it didn’t feel like a hassle since I stopped by the outlet mall and had lunch along the way. The next morning, they kindly drove me to the station by shuttle bus, which was very helpful. The front desk staff all had warm, friendly smiles and made me feel comfortable. The Room was spacious and very well cleaned. The only drawback was that I couldn’t adjust the air conditioning—when it was on it felt cold, and when I turned it off it got hot. I appreciated the free breakfast, and it would be even better if coffee could be taken back to the Room. Overall, my stay was comfortable and good value for money. Thank you very much.
