Since opening as Japan’s first Ritz-Carlton, for more than a quarter century we have welcomed distinguished guests with heartfelt, personalized hospitality. In 2026, we were recognized by one of the world’s leading travel guides, Forbes Travel Guide, as a “Five-Star” Hotel for the fourth consecutive year—and the only one in Osaka. We will continue to deliver exceptional service as a symbol of luxury Hotels in Japan.
