A private Accommodation of four detached villas nestled by Kyoto Prefecture’s largest lake, Riko. Each room features a scenic-view bath filled with natural Onsen water; the lakeside villas overlook Riko, while the special suites offer views of a Japanese garden. Operated directly by a seafood wholesaler, we serve generous dishes featuring fresh seafood from the Sea of Japan in spring, summer, and autumn, and in winter you can savor live crab carefully selected by experts. We also aim to promote a new form of universal tourism through collaboration with local healthcare providers and on-site staff who have completed advanced lifesaving training.

Our accommodation was originally a chirimen weaving factory, which we transformed ourselves into a budget-friendly accommodation. We welcome not only domestic guests but also backpackers from all over the world, creating opportunities for travelers to enjoy unique and serendipitous encounters. Our accommodation is small, with only 4 rooms available. Room types include traditional Japanese-style private rooms and Western-style private rooms with beds. We have spacious shared areas equipped with manga and picture books for your enjoyment. Additionally, we provide a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, futons and sheets, as well as air conditioning for your convenience. We aim to offer you a stay that feels just like home.
