In 2023, we opened new detached special suites featuring a private sauna and an open-air bath. In summer 2025, our main-building Japanese-Western rooms will also be renovated. With open-air baths at the main-building large public bath, a panoramic bath on the top floor of the West Wing, and 28 rooms (out of 44) offering in-room open-air baths—plus 6 ocean-view guest rooms with Onsen baths—you can fully enjoy private bathing. We promise you a relaxing, luxurious stay for adults.We take pride in our 100% free-flowing natural hot spring water from our own source—never diluted—and delivered directly from the spring.Dinner highlights seasonal flavors along with the signature touches of “Kaikatei Hana Gozen.” For both dinner and breakfast, we use no pre-made items; everything is carefully prepared by our skilled chefs. The Property, ideally located as a base for sightseeing, offers a stunning view of Kumihama Bay from its balcony. The Kumihama Onsen, blessed by nature, soothes tired skin and is effective for neuralgia and fatigue recovery. In the spring of 2023, a new property will open along a stunning coastline. The sea before you has been selected as one of the "Top 100 Sunsets" and is just a 20-second walk to the beach. The property's highlights include delicious cuisine crafted from fresh seafood and the chef's expertise, as well as an onsen renowned for its skin-beautifying properties. Spacious Japanese-Western style rooms feature onsen baths available 24 hours, offering breathtaking views of the Yuhigaura coastline from the windows. Additionally, exquisite crab dishes can be enjoyed year-round.
