I used it because there is a large public bath and a sauna. At the bath cafe, the relaxation area, large public bath, and meals were all excellent. I regret that I didn’t have time to watch the theater performance. The Hotel was a bit dated, but it was very well cleaned. Breakfast was said in Reviews to be limited, but there were both Japanese and Western options and it was satisfying overall. It would have been nice to have one fruit option as well. I would like to stay again.

I had a quiet and comfortable stay. The building and Facilities feel a bit dated, but everything was kept clean, and nothing bothered me except the bathtub creaking. Breakfast also offered a well-balanced selection, and I was satisfied. I’d like to stay again.

After 10 p.m., the affiliated parking lot was full. There was a nearby coin-operated parking lot with a maximum daily fee of 1,400 yen. It’s fine if you’re traveling by train, but it couldn’t be helped.

The Hotel is right in front of the station, with a convenience store nearby and an izakaya next door, so the location was great! I enjoyed the breakfast buffet—it was delicious. It was disappointing that the toilet seat in the Room wobbled and wasn’t very comfortable to sit on... Overall, I think it’s a good Hotel at a reasonable price.

The sukiyaki was delicious. I saw a Review saying the portion was small, but rice refills are unlimited, so I’m sure you’ll be satisfied. You can also order extra meat only (2,500 yen per serving?). It was amazing.

I’ve been staying here for over 10 years. Since our child uses a wheelchair, we can’t use the large public bath, so we look for an Accommodation with a private bath/family bath. Chimatsu has an excellent private bath with an anteroom, which makes transfers to and from the wheelchair and helping with changing clothes very easy. Best of all, the private-bath slot is 60 minutes, so our family can bathe without watching the clock. There are small steps at Room entrances inside the building, but they’re manageable—we can carry our child in and out. The elevator is also spacious enough even with a wheelchair, so getting around isn’t a problem. The meals are delicious too. Every year we order the sashimi boat platter—it's impressive in size, yet each dish on it is delicate, and I highly recommend it for both presentation and taste! It’s even better when you enjoy Chimatsu’s original sake “Chimatsu” while eating the boat platter. The parking lot is large, and just across the road there’s a big AEON mall, which is convenient for quick shopping as well. When we travel home again next year, we’ll get off the expressway along the way and stop by.

The Hotel parking lot can only accommodate small cars, and there is no affiliated parking. I parked at a nearby paid coin-operated parking lot at the full rate. The Room was clean and well maintained, and I had a very comfortable stay.
