We enjoyed the pool for over two hours, and it was a very satisfying stay for our children. The Room had a calm interior, and we were able to relax. The all-inclusive drinks and light snacks were delicious, and this has become one of our favorite Accommodations. We would love to come back again.

We visited with our dog to celebrate my parents’ 60th birthday. The staff were kind, and the Ryokan was welcoming to both people and dogs. We were very satisfied with the meals! The Room and the in-room bath were spacious and very comfortable. Thank you very much.

Thank you for your continued support. This is an Accommodation my mother loves, and we have stayed here many times after visiting our family grave in Kyoto. The staff are always wonderful, and although I make the Reservation on her behalf, I ask for various requests each time. After her stay, when I asked how the Accommodation was, she happily told me that this time she enjoyed all of the women’s baths. It seems she was also able to fully relax and enjoy the private open-air bath. We are grateful every time for the thoughtful care shown by your staff. We have a Reservation at year-end as well, and we would appreciate your kind attention to my parents again then.

All the staff were wonderful. We waited a little at breakfast, but the gentleman at the entrance gave a deep bow and apologized with a smile, which made us feel comfortable and enjoy breakfast. I felt satisfied that I had stayed at a truly good Hotel for the first time in a while—something you don’t experience at foreign-owned Hotels or with their staff. I would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

The bath and Room were clean and comfortable, and all the staff were very kind. Both dinner and breakfast had just the right seasoning and portions, and everything was delicious. It would be perfect if breakfast included a small dessert bite and after-meal coffee. This was a Ryokan I would definitely like to stay at again and recommend to friends. We chose this Accommodation because it offers views of Lake Biwa. The scenery throughout the property was exactly as shown in the photos on the website, and we were captivated by the refined design and attention to detail. We booked a Plan that included breakfast and dinner, and every dish made generous use of local ingredients and was truly delicious. We would love to return, and we would also like to recommend it to someone special. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

I used it because there is a large public bath and a sauna. At the bath cafe, the relaxation area, large public bath, and meals were all excellent. I regret that I didn’t have time to watch the theater performance. The Hotel was a bit dated, but it was very well cleaned. Breakfast was said in Reviews to be limited, but there were both Japanese and Western options and it was satisfying overall. It would have been nice to have one fruit option as well. I would like to stay again.

It was disappointing that the Room did not have a view of Lake Biwa.

It was close to the station, quiet, and had a great selection of drinks, so I had a very comfortable stay.\nIf I visit Otsu again, I would like to stay here again.
