We visited with our dog to celebrate my parents’ 60th birthday. The staff were kind, and the Ryokan was welcoming to both people and dogs. We were very satisfied with the meals! The Room and the in-room bath were spacious and very comfortable. Thank you very much.

We truly enjoyed an elegant time as a couple while traveling with our pet. The Accommodation Fee was higher because we had a pet, but staying at the Hotel we had long dreamed of was wonderful, and we made the happiest memories. Our Room had an open-air bath and a bathing tub for dogs as well, and after filling it with five buckets of Onsen water, our pet looked warm and very comfortable. Before going to bed, we soaked once more in the Room’s open-air bath while watching a subtitled foreign film on the Room’s TV through the glass window, enjoying an extraordinary sense of luxury. We also loved the meals—Japanese cuisine is our favorite—and we were both very satisfied. I hope to visit again someday, and next time I would definitely like to stay in the main building where dogs are not allowed—those lingering feelings remain with me. Thank you very much for all your thoughtful care during this trip.

All the staff were wonderful. We waited a little at breakfast, but the gentleman at the entrance gave a deep bow and apologized with a smile, which made us feel comfortable and enjoy breakfast. I felt satisfied that I had stayed at a truly good Hotel for the first time in a while—something you don’t experience at foreign-owned Hotels or with their staff. I would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

The bath and Room were clean and comfortable, and all the staff were very kind. Both dinner and breakfast had just the right seasoning and portions, and everything was delicious. It would be perfect if breakfast included a small dessert bite and after-meal coffee. This was a Ryokan I would definitely like to stay at again and recommend to friends. I used it because there is a large public bath and a sauna. At the bath cafe, the relaxation area, large public bath, and meals were all excellent. I regret that I didn’t have time to watch the theater performance. The Hotel was a bit dated, but it was very well cleaned. Breakfast was said in Reviews to be limited, but there were both Japanese and Western options and it was satisfying overall. It would have been nice to have one fruit option as well. I would like to stay again.
