It was created through the "en" (connections) of those captivated by traditional Japanese architecture, built by master carpenters who carry on ancient construction techniques. The chef, Kazuo Ikuta, has pursued his culinary path for nearly 50 years, serving as the head chef at Kyoto Brighton Hotel and owner of Michelin one-star restaurant "Kyoto Okazaki Ikuta." With the philosophy of "never serving food without love," he dedicates himself to each guest.The Facility features unique experiences such as a dry landscape garden viewed from an irori room, a bath with a private garden, and a kura sauna.
