The chef, Kazuo Ikuta, has pursued his culinary path for nearly 50 years, serving as the head chef at Kyoto Brighton Hotel and owner of Michelin one-star restaurant "Kyoto Okazaki Ikuta." With the philosophy of "never serving food without love," he dedicates himself to each guest.The Facility features unique experiences such as a dry landscape garden viewed from an irori room, a bath with a private garden, and a kura sauna.
