It was a wonderful experience. Thank you to all the Hotel staff. I was worried about the weather, but we were able to enjoy stargazing as planned. They also adjusted the dinner time, and we were able to relax and fully enjoy everything at a leisurely pace—truly Aman quality. The Japanese-inspired cuisine was, of course, delicious. Even the great-tasting coffee showed how much attention is paid to every detail. Above all, the hospitality of every staff member supported and elevated our stay into something truly memorable. We stopped by the thermal spring around checkout time, but the sidewalk had become so hot in the sun that it was impossible to walk on. This is definitely something to visit after late afternoon. Next time, I’ll enjoy it with a Multiple Night Stay. Personally, I love Hawaii, and there’s nothing better than having a beer alone on the balcony at dawn—but drinking coffee while looking out over Ago Bay from my Room at Amanemu surpassed even that. I’ll be back.

This was our first stay with three dogs. The meals and the Onsen were excellent. The Room was very clean and comfortable. Above all, the staff were kind, making this a truly warm and welcoming Accommodation. We will definitely return. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Even when we arrived early 10 years ago on a family trip, they kindly let us use the pool. This time we stayed as a couple, and just like 10 years ago, all the staff were warm and welcoming, making our stay very comfortable. We would definitely like to stay here again. The bath was very clean! I was surprised it wasn’t crowded even during Golden Week. The food was very delicious. Overall, I thought it was a very good Hotel.
