The eel rice is made to order, and it was even more delicious than expected—I was very satisfied. Even though I was full, I tried the pho as well, and it was also authentic and very tasty. When I visit Nagoya, I’d like to make this my regular Accommodation!

Our family of four stayed on the concierge floor, split between two Rooms. The location was extremely convenient, right above the station. The Rooms were spotless and very comfortable, with wonderful views, and we also felt at ease thanks to the warm hospitality of all the staff. We also enjoyed the lounge services. I would recommend this Accommodation to friends and would love to stay again.

Both the Room and the large public bath were clean, and we had a comfortable stay. I also appreciated that shoes are not worn inside the Room.

This Hotel is just as wonderful as the Reviews say!! There was a great variety of complimentary drinks, including some unique options like matcha latte and roasted green tea latte, and I was very satisfied. The Room was clean and comfortable to stay in. Above all, what impressed me most was how kind all the staff were!! On the day I stayed, Nagoya had torrential rain with weather warnings issued, and public transportation such as trains had stopped. The concert I had planned to attend was also canceled, which was very disappointing, but I was able to relax in this lovely Room, and it became a good memory in its own way!! I would definitely like to stay here again!

The Room was very clean, and being able to watch Shinkansen trains from the high floor was a hit even with our grown-up kids. The bathroom with a separate washing area, unlike a typical unit bath, let us soak and relax without worrying about getting the surroundings wet, which was truly soothing. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and we fully enjoyed Nagoya specialties. Since the Hotel is directly connected to Nagoya Station, it’s perfect for leaving your luggage and going sightseeing—we’d like to come by Shinkansen next time.

I think this is great value for money for a place right in front of Nagoya Station. Breakfast is free as well, so I have no complaints overall. Two points, though: 1) The slippers are the same brown color as the carpet, so it’s hard to find them. If possible, white might be better. 2) Regarding sheet changes, there was a sign in the Room saying: “About sheet changes during a Multiple Night Stay: For guests staying multiple nights, we will make the bed using the bed sheets and pillowcases you have been using.” However, when I returned after going out, towels were hung on the doorknob, and when I entered the Room, the bed had not been made. I’m not insisting that you must make the bed, but if you won’t be making it up, I think it would be better to state that clearly.

- I stayed here on a business trip from Tokyo to Nagoya. - I also borrowed a few amenities (a smartphone cable and nail clippers), and the staff were kind and welcoming with warm smiles. - The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the energetic service from the staff was impressive. - The double Room was comfortable, and I was able to use the large public bath (a bit small) almost privately. - The only downside was that the elevator was crowded in the morning, and some guests couldn’t get on, so I recommend allowing extra time when leaving. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I’ll be back, and I’ve already recommended it to my colleagues!

As the name suggests, the entire building has a blue theme, making it easy to spot—I really appreciated being able to find it quickly without getting lost. The amenities were well stocked, and the loungewear was comfortable, so I had a very relaxing stay. Breakfast was also delicious. It was the best Accommodation for my trip to Nagoya!

I stayed for one night. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception counter made me feel very welcome and at ease. I was able to take only the amenities I needed, which was efficient and convenient. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection—I ended up eating more than I planned. It was close to the station, so getting around anywhere was easy. It made for a very satisfying trip. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Since we had lunch, we were allowed to use the Room until 11:30, which was a great help. The lunch was also very delicious. If I have the chance to come to Nagoya again, I would like to stay here again. If I had one request about the Room, I would prefer the wash area to have a door. This time we stayed as a parent and child, and it felt a bit less private. Overall, it was an excellent Hotel. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for a live show at IG Arena. I thought getting from the Shinkansen platform to the Hotel might be difficult, but the official website had photo-guided directions, and by following them I got there without getting lost. Without that guide, I don’t think I would have made it. The Room was clean and the view was great. Amenities are available next to the front desk, where you pick up what you need. The bath and toilet are in the same unit, but since there is a large public bath, I used that instead. Being able to stretch my legs in the large public bath after the live show felt wonderful! Breakfast was also great—the Nagoya Cochin omelet was especially delicious. This is a Hotel I’d like to use again.

This was our second stay, and we had a very comfortable time. We would love to stay again next time.

I stayed alone, and the location was close to the station. The staff were also very courteous. The Room was comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay. I was surprised that all the water was purified. Breakfast was delicious as well. I would like to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

It felt like a historic Hotel, with a luxurious interior. I have stayed in various quadruple Rooms, but this one was especially spacious, with plenty of space around each bed. The bathroom, washbasin area, and bedroom were separated, which made it very comfortable. I’m very sorry to hear it will be closing soon, but I’m glad I was able to stay here one last time.

The Room wasn’t exceptionally clean, but I felt it offered better value than the price. The amenities were minimal—neither particularly good nor bad. The pillow is low and the bed is soft. Personally, I liked that style, so I was satisfied. I didn’t notice any noise or voices from the neighboring Room at all. I was also very grateful for the free breakfast service. It includes two pieces of bread, a boiled egg, and coffee. It’s first-come, first-served, so if you go later it might be gone. The front desk staff were also efficient and helpful. Above all, the location near the station is amazing! I joined a two-day bus tour and had early mornings, and since the Hotel was on the side of the meeting point it was very convenient. If I come to Nagoya again, I’d like to stay here.

I made a Reservation because it was close to both my destination and the station. The price was low, and I was also drawn by the name “Washington.” Even though I booked the lowest-rate No Meals Included plan just to sleep, the Room was clean, I had a great view from the top floor, and I could enjoy a welcome drink—everything was excellent. I’d like to stay again.

After reading other guests’ Reviews, I learned that the bathroom and toilet are separate and that there is a shower chair, so I made a Reservation. I had been standing for a long time at my favorite artist’s concert, and it was extremely hot, so by the time I got back to the Hotel I was exhausted, but I was able to relax in the bath and soothe my fatigue with a bath salt I chose on the 1st floor (it said it helps you sleep well). The next day, since checkout isn’t until 12:00 p.m., I could take it easy—going out for breakfast and enjoying a morning bath. There was also a coffee machine next to the amenities on the 1st floor, and I appreciated being able to drink coffee freely. I’d like to stay again.

It was a last-minute stay. The Facility was more than sufficient for relaxing alone. The TV was large and easy to watch. There were plenty of power outlets as well. Since I used the public bath, I felt the Room could have had one more towel. The large public bath had spacious washing areas and even an open-air bath, so I could unwind. My only minor concern was that the shower water pressure was a bit weak. Breakfast was simple.
