It was two days full of surprise and inspiration. I only knew it was a museum Hotel, and to be honest, I came mainly for Briance—but it truly felt like an actual museum. Even while exploring the building, the staff kindly provided detailed explanations, which made it even more enjoyable. Every piece is one of a kind, and through the art tour program we also received in-depth commentary. I understood why so many guests return again and again, and it made me want to explore even more myself. The Room was very comfortable and easy to use, the lounge food was delicious, and even though we had dinner at Briance—the original purpose of our visit—we ended up fully enjoying the bar and lounge as well. The wonderful smiles and thoughtful hospitality from all the staff were outstanding, allowing us to spend a truly relaxing holiday. Thank you very much. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed Briance as well.

This was our second stay. We had such a wonderful time last time that I came again with my mother, who loves art. She was delighted by the tower’s distinctive steel framework running through the Room and the many artworks throughout the Hotel. Thank you to all the staff for kindly explaining everything as she asked questions. At night, Accommodation guests only can take an elevator through a hidden door up to the observation deck. The special touch made our hearts race. Spending time looking out over the quiet city at night felt truly luxurious, and I was able to give my mother a moment that only a Hotel stay can offer. Breakfast featured a wide variety of dishes made with local ingredients, and both my mother and I were very satisfied. Afterward, we were even served special petit fours, and we fully enjoyed tea time as well. This time, my mother and I took a relaxing stroll around Sakae on this one-night, two-day mini trip with staying at this Hotel as our main purpose. Thank you for such a comfortable stay. We are grateful for everyone’s thoughtful hospitality. We’ll be back again.

This Hotel is just as wonderful as the Reviews say!! There was a great variety of complimentary drinks, including some unique options like matcha latte and roasted green tea latte, and I was very satisfied. The Room was clean and comfortable to stay in. Above all, what impressed me most was how kind all the staff were!! On the day I stayed, Nagoya had torrential rain with weather warnings issued, and public transportation such as trains had stopped. The concert I had planned to attend was also canceled, which was very disappointing, but I was able to relax in this lovely Room, and it became a good memory in its own way!! I would definitely like to stay here again!

The eel rice is made to order, and it was even more delicious than expected—I was very satisfied. Even though I was full, I tried the pho as well, and it was also authentic and very tasty. When I visit Nagoya, I’d like to make this my regular Accommodation!

Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality. I met my daughter, who came from the Kansai area, at Nagoya Station and we headed to your Hotel together. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the spacious first-floor lobby with its calm atmosphere, as well as the views and elegance of the Espacio Lounge on the upper floors. We were also very satisfied with our Room and the various services provided. We thoroughly enjoyed a birthday commemorative stay together—my first trip after recovering from illness—and made full use of both the pool and the large public bath. Choosing a stay with lounge access was truly the right decision. From afternoon tea onward, every food presentation offered items unique to Nagoya, all of which we enjoyed very much. I was also deeply moved by the hospitality of all your staff. Saying “We definitely want to come again,” we each began our journey home. Thank you again for helping make this a memorable moment during our summer holiday.

Both the Room and the large public bath were clean, and we had a comfortable stay. I also appreciated that shoes are not worn inside the Room.

I’ve stayed at capsule Hotels before, but this capsule Hotel was excellent. The amenities were well stocked, and the lounge offered meals and drinks—plus free alcohol at night, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was clean, and it’s rare to find a capsule Hotel like this. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

I think this is great value for money for a place right in front of Nagoya Station. Breakfast is free as well, so I have no complaints overall. Two points, though: 1) The slippers are the same brown color as the carpet, so it’s hard to find them. If possible, white might be better. 2) Regarding sheet changes, there was a sign in the Room saying: “About sheet changes during a Multiple Night Stay: For guests staying multiple nights, we will make the bed using the bed sheets and pillowcases you have been using.” However, when I returned after going out, towels were hung on the doorknob, and when I entered the Room, the bed had not been made. I’m not insisting that you must make the bed, but if you won’t be making it up, I think it would be better to state that clearly.

Due to work, I needed to park a truck about the length of a microbus. They allowed me to park in the space behind the Hotel. Before arriving, I called near the Hotel and they kindly gave me directions and waited for me at the entrance. Since it was a completely unfamiliar town, their attentive support made me feel at ease. It was a long trip from Niigata Prefecture, so I was relieved. When I asked because I couldn’t figure out how to operate the Room air conditioner, they explained it carefully. The Room is clean. Breakfast was delicious. At an affordable price, it’s a good Hotel where you can feel safe and rest comfortably.

Our family of four stayed on the concierge floor, split between two Rooms. The location was extremely convenient, right above the station. The Rooms were spotless and very comfortable, with wonderful views, and we also felt at ease thanks to the warm hospitality of all the staff. We also enjoyed the lounge services. I would recommend this Accommodation to friends and would love to stay again.

Richmond Hotel has rarely disappointed me in the past, and this stay in Nagoya reminded me why. The rates are not cheap, but the rooms are thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details, and the calm interior decor left a great impression. The bed quality in particular was excellent, offering a level of comfort that feels a step above a typical Business Hotel. I was also looking forward to breakfast at Royal Host. The omelet and pancakes were smaller than expected, but both are cooked to order, which made it more satisfying than a standard buffet. I was especially impressed by a young female staff member with glasses on the floor who smoothly assisted an international guest in English without a Reservation. It was only a brief exchange, but it clearly reflected the high service standards of the Hotel overall. From the room and breakfast to the staff service, I was satisfied with almost everything. Even if it costs a bit more, this is an Accommodation where you can truly feel what you’re paying for.

This was my first stay here. The Onsen on the second floor was wonderful and easy to use at convenient hours, and breakfast was so delicious that I had seconds of rice. I also appreciated how close it is to Imaike Station.

Great value for money and excellent service—I’ve become a fan of this Hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Nagoya!

About a 3-minute walk from Sakae Exit 1, with great access and a convenience store on the first floor, making it very convenient. The front desk staff are welcoming and hospitable. The housekeeping staff also greet you when you pass them, which makes for a pleasant stay. It’s not a new Hotel, but you can feel the team’s effort and pride, and I’m always satisfied. Thank you.

After reading other guests’ Reviews, I learned that the bathroom and toilet are separate and that there is a shower chair, so I made a Reservation. I had been standing for a long time at my favorite artist’s concert, and it was extremely hot, so by the time I got back to the Hotel I was exhausted, but I was able to relax in the bath and soothe my fatigue with a bath salt I chose on the 1st floor (it said it helps you sleep well). The next day, since checkout isn’t until 12:00 p.m., I could take it easy—going out for breakfast and enjoying a morning bath. There was also a coffee machine next to the amenities on the 1st floor, and I appreciated being able to drink coffee freely. I’d like to stay again.

I made a Reservation because it was close to both my destination and the station. The price was low, and I was also drawn by the name “Washington.” Even though I booked the lowest-rate No Meals Included plan just to sleep, the Room was clean, I had a great view from the top floor, and I could enjoy a welcome drink—everything was excellent. I’d like to stay again.

I stayed here last year and had such a great experience that I came back again. Having an izakaya inside the Hotel was wonderful—I could relax and enjoy drinks in my room wear. There is a parking lot, which is very convenient if you are traveling by car. I would be even happier if it were within walking distance to the station.

As the title says, I used this Hotel as a base during my sightseeing trip in Nagoya. It was about a 15-minute walk from the station to the Hotel, so I walked there. It was a very hot day, and although I walked through the underground shopping area for part of the way, once I came up to street level I immediately started sweating. I was thirsty, so the complimentary bottled water I received upon arrival at the Hotel was really helpful. In summer, it would have been even better if it had been chilled. The Hotel itself was quiet, and since it’s located away from the station, I couldn’t hear any noise from crowds or footsteps in the hallway. With the pillow I chose, I slept comfortably for the first time in a while, which was great. I checked in early and was able to choose my pillow, so that worked out well. Breakfast items like miso katsu and eel were delicious, but they felt similar to breakfasts at other hotels and didn’t leave much of an impression. If there had been one standout dish that really stuck with me, I might have given it five stars. It’s a Hotel I’d like to use again if I visit Nagoya in the future.

The Room was very clean, and being able to watch Shinkansen trains from the high floor was a hit even with our grown-up kids. The bathroom with a separate washing area, unlike a typical unit bath, let us soak and relax without worrying about getting the surroundings wet, which was truly soothing. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and we fully enjoyed Nagoya specialties. Since the Hotel is directly connected to Nagoya Station, it’s perfect for leaving your luggage and going sightseeing—we’d like to come by Shinkansen next time.

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Since we had lunch, we were allowed to use the Room until 11:30, which was a great help. The lunch was also very delicious. If I have the chance to come to Nagoya again, I would like to stay here again. If I had one request about the Room, I would prefer the wash area to have a door. This time we stayed as a parent and child, and it felt a bit less private. Overall, it was an excellent Hotel. Thank you very much.
