All of the dishes were delicious, and the shabu-shabu and shellfish dishes in particular were outstanding! We could really taste the quality of the ingredients, and we were very satisfied. I chose this ryokan in Chita because I wanted to enjoy fugu, and their fugu dishes were introduced on the site. My room was upgraded, and during this season, I could see both the sunrise and sunset from the room, making it a truly wonderful experience (I uploaded photos of the sunrise and sunset). Yesterday, there were reportedly over 100 guests staying here, but today it was just us. We had the luxury of enjoying the onsen all to ourselves. I imagine yesterday must have been extremely busy for the staff like a "battle," so we felt grateful yet slightly apologetic for being able to enjoy such a calm atmosphere today. The hostess was very friendly and chatted with us during mealtime, allowing us to relax and have an enjoyable time. The onsen features a unique "stone bath" design where water flows beneath stones, creating a serene bathing experience. The indoor bath is slightly hotter while the open-air bath has just the right temperature—perfect for those who prefer either hot or milder baths. Personally, I loved the temperature of the open-air bath; it was perfect for me! The natural fugu we came here for was absolutely delicious as well. Overall, this accommodation offers a relaxing stay with plenty of time to unwind at your own pace!

The staff were very friendly, and the Onsen was great with pleasantly salty water. The meals were exactly as shown in the photos—fresh and delicious—and the portions were generous. I would like you to prevent cigarette smoke from the smoking area from drifting over.

This was my first stay here. Because the price was so affordable, I honestly didn’t expect much—I just hoped to enjoy the Onsen, have some delicious food, and relax—but it was far better than I imagined. All of the staff were very kind and welcoming, it felt comfortable, the Room was kept clean, and both the Onsen and the meals were excellent. The weather wasn’t great, but we had a full view of the ocean right in front of us—an amazing景色. I would definitely like to stay again!

It had been a while since I found a Ryokan that made me think, “I want to come back.” The view of Mikawa Bay right in front of us was truly stunning, and the sunset while soaking in the Onsen was unforgettable. The staff were all friendly and welcoming with warm smiles, which made our stay feel comfortable and worry-free. The meals, centered around seafood, were all delicious and very satisfying in portion size. The fresh sashimi especially left a lasting impression. This Accommodation is perfect for anyone who wants to slow down and relax away from the noise of the city. Next time, I’d love to return with my family. Thank you for a wonderful time.

The Room’s open-air bath was wonderful. The meals were more than enough for women; men might find them a bit light, but for those who drink alcohol, I felt they were sufficient. The staff's service was somewhat curt, but both dinner and breakfast were delicious! It would be even better if the dinner dishes were explained more thoroughly and the front desk had a brighter atmosphere.

They kindly accommodated our last-minute request for a pickup. We enjoyed dinner in a calm private room. The seafood dishes were exceptionally fresh, served with restaurant-quality tableware and presentation. The entire property was spotless, and it was clear that the hostess and staff clean thoroughly without cutting corners. I warmed myself to the core in the Radium Onsen and had unadon for dinner. The eel was plump and generously placed on the rice, making it more delicious and satisfying than ever before.

We used this place for our family’s first glamping trip. The dome-shaped tent was beautiful with an ocean view, and it came with a shower and toilet. We also enjoyed the Onsen, and the kids were thrilled. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

They promptly picked us up when we called from the port. The Room was upgraded for free as there was availability, and it was spacious and comfortable. It was also clean and well-maintained. The view from the bath was open and beautiful. For dinner, we enjoyed fresh sashimi, grilled small sea bream with salt, octopus shabu-shabu, boiled whole octopus, stewed large clams, tempura of a large conger eel, and octopus rice—all served freshly prepared in order. Everything was delicious. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes that were all tasty; we ate everything and were completely full. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality!

I had so many questions that I ended up calling several times, but each time they kindly and carefully answered me, which left a great impression even before we arrived. There was a shower in front of the entrance to rinse off sand, plus space to dry float rings and sandals. On the rooftop there was also a washing machine and an area where you can hang laundry right away, so even if you go swimming two days in a row, there’s nothing to worry about. They even laid mats all the way to the bathroom so it was fine to come in wearing swimsuits after the beach—this Accommodation was truly a lifesaver for families with children! It looked like it might be a bit far from the beach on Google Maps, but it really wasn’t at all. The price was reasonable, and everything was set up to be so comfortable that we’d love to make this our annual summer vacation tradition!

Before visiting Himakajima, I researched accommodations and found that the reviews were not very favorable, so my expectations were low. However, the staff at the accommodation were all incredibly hospitable, providing exceptional service throughout my stay. While it was not an onsen, the large public bath was spacious and relaxing, offering a similar experience with views of Ise Bay and Mikawa Bay. The sunset from the room was extraordinary—a scene reminiscent of a novel's opening line describing "a magnificent twilight," visible across the peninsula. The only disappointment was hearing that octopus catches have been poor recently. I look forward to visiting again when I have another opportunity.

The building is old but kept clean, so there were no issues. The bath includes an open-air bath where you can relax while enjoying the night sky and ocean in a private setting. Dinner was very hearty, featuring Chita beef, Ise lobster, sashimi, sushi, and octopus rice—truly satisfying. The buffet-style breakfast was also delicious. The staff at the accommodation were extremely kind. The fluffy and warm futon was excellent as well. The return shuttle service felt like a thrilling roller coaster ride! Our three-generation family trip was a wonderful stay at Oebi, and we were able to fully enjoy Himakajima. After check-out, we could store our luggage and use the bath for an additional fee, which let us make the most of the day until our afternoon ferry—swimming at the beach, taking the Gururi Bus around the island, and interacting with dolphins. Both dinner and breakfast featured fresh seafood, and we were very satisfied. We made great family memories and would love to visit again. Thank you very much. One request: it would be helpful to have a spin dryer in the changing room for swimsuits after swimming. Also, a clothesline rope in the bath area would be appreciated.
