This luxury Japanese-style Ryokan with views of Mt. Fuji offered exceptional service. The view from the Room was stunning, and the windows were polished to a shine, which showed true hospitality. Both the in-room bath and the large public bath were comfortable and deeply relaxing. The meals were also delicious. The attentive service made our children happy as well. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again.

This time, we were completely satisfied with the Room, meals, and staff. Last time, the front desk staff were unfriendly and I wondered what was going on, but this time both check-in and check-out were very pleasant. Thank you very much for your always warm hospitality. We were able to enjoy both the dinner and breakfast buffet comfortably without feeling it was crowded. The food was, of course, delicious, and we ended up completely full. Next time, we would love to stay again when sightseeing around Mt. Fuji. Thank you in advance.

The fresh fish sashimi was outstanding. The meat dishes were also delicious, and we were very satisfied. The service was courteous and attentive. I think this Accommodation would be comfortable with no issues for guests up to their 60s. As Tokiwaya is a traditional Ryokan, I felt there are many challenges in terms of accessibility. I stayed with my 95-year-old mother, so I made a Reservation for a Room with a private bath, but there were many steps inside the Room and the bathtub was deep (my mother was able to step over it), which unfortunately made it difficult to use.

I made a Reservation for one night with breakfast included. Unfortunately, the room was on the mountain side and did not have an ocean view, but breakfast was wonderful while dining with a view of the sea. I was also able to relax in the large public bath while looking out over the ocean. Even if you come empty-handed, you can borrow a fishing rod and enjoy fishing. If you want to buy bait, you would normally need to go to a nearby tackle shop, but it was already closed, so the Hotel staff kindly prepared bait for us and we were able to enjoy fishing the next morning. Thank you very much to all the staff.

My son and I stayed here, and the 10-tatami Japanese-style Room was calm and spacious, allowing us to relax comfortably. Dinner offered so many dishes that we, as drinkers, couldn’t finish everything. Breakfast also had an impressive variety. We’ve mostly been staying at Business Hotels lately, so this reminded us of how wonderful this kind of Accommodation can be. Both my son and I were very satisfied.
