The staff were very courteous. The Room was very clean. Despite the reasonable price, you can use the large public bath, and parking is free. Gotemba Premium Outlets are nearby, and access is excellent! The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was very good!

A no-frills Hotel that provides just what you need. The front desk ensures clear communication. Perfect for business trips or solo travelers. Spacious parking and a simple yet delicious breakfast service.

Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, but the spacious grounds were full of things to enjoy. The baths were also large, and we were able to relax at our leisure. The buffet makes you want to try everything, but there’s such a wide variety that it’s more fun to create your own course menu to suit your tastes. The beer was delicious, but the baby wine—something you can only enjoy here—was exceptional. We had an unexpected issue on our side, but we truly appreciated how kindly and helpfully the staff responded.

I stayed here on my way back from Osaka to Tokyo. - The Room was clean. - The Onsen is small but comfortable. - There is a welcome bar (I didn’t use it). - Breakfast is included. - All the staff are friendly. I was very satisfied. Thank you!

As it was our first time camping/glamping, I think it was well suited for beginners. I won’t go into details as I don’t want to cause any issues for the Facility, but when my child got burned, you took great care of us. We are truly grateful for your warm support in so many ways, without a single unpleasant look. It was a little disappointing that it became pitch-dark at night with almost no streetlights and felt scary, and that there was no bathtub in the morning Onsen, but everything else was wonderful: delicious meals that left us completely full, very clean toilets and wash areas, activities like the campfire and roasting marshmallows, and the outdoor playground—we had a great time! The Room was also lovely and very comfortable. Every staff member was wonderful and made us feel warmly welcomed. Thank you very much.

I stayed here again while watching a race at Fuji Speedway. I’d love to stay every time, but it’s hard to get a Reservation (T_T) If I can make a Reservation again, I look forward to staying with you.

Meals are tempura, freshly prepared on-site and delicious. The Room and restroom are spacious and comfortable.

For 2 female guests Though the space was a bit small and the Onsen had alternating times for men and women, we were very satisfied with the natural Onsen. The drink service is excellent, especially for those who enjoy alcohol. With a convenience store right next door, the location is great. We chose a "Room assigned on arrival with breakfast buffet included" Plan and stayed in a corner room on the top floor. We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity!
