We had the pleasure of enjoying the private dinner Plan at Soro Residence. The cuisine was not only delicious, but each dish was beautifully presented like a work of art. The flowers arranged to match the dishes and the floral decorations throughout the Room were truly wonderful, creating a special space that felt extraordinary. The wine pairing was also exceptional—each time we paired a sip of wine after a bite, both were elevated, and we were repeatedly moved by how much the flavors opened up. I was extremely satisfied with all the Facilities in the property. The all-inclusive plan and the amenities bar were both excellent. The meals were delicious, and they were served at just the right timing. I truly felt genuine hospitality from all the staff, and it was incredibly comfortable! I will definitely be back again.

We stayed as a couple. We made our Reservation one week before our stay, and the only Room available came with a semi-open-air bath. The Room was very clean and spacious, facing the ocean—absolutely wonderful. The beach is right in front of the Hotel, and it felt like a private beach; we could take a walk at sunset and really enjoy the resort atmosphere. Not only was the in-room semi-open-air bath great, but the large public bath with an open-air bath was also very spacious, so we could relax and enjoy it at our leisure. For dinner, since we don’t eat much, we chose the standard course and it was more than enough. It seemed you could also order extras such as golden eye snapper, abalone, and spiny lobster. Breakfast was entirely self-service, and even if you wanted to grill dried fish (aji), you had to go get items like a pot and solid fuel yourself, which felt a bit inconvenient. Alcohol was free during dinner, which was excellent; however, there were no vending machines inside the Hotel for other times, so having to go out to a convenience store to buy drinks was disappointing. Considering the Facility and overall offering, it felt like good value for money; overall satisfaction was high, and we would like to stay again.

I have wonderful memories of the Accommodation’s atmosphere and hospitality from my first stay, and this time I returned for the first time in seven years. I heard that during the COVID period you improved the parking area and the path to the Accommodation, and it was even easier to access than before. The atmosphere is still just as lovely, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. I especially recommend the spiny lobster sashimi and the simmered golden eye snapper. This time, I also asked in advance for a birthday surprise for my friend, and you kindly accommodated my request. Above all, one of Hana Noren’s greatest charms is Toi Onsen, which helped melt away my everyday fatigue. The private open-air bath in our Room had an ocean view, and we enjoyed it so much that we used it multiple times both at night and in the morning. Having a bath in the Room allowed us to relax without worrying about time, which was truly wonderful. The Room itself was spacious

We made a last-minute Reservation, and the Accommodation was very clean. There was also a welcome drink, and it felt like a relaxing space as soon as we arrived. For luggage, they lent us a cart, but we had to carry everything ourselves; however, there is an elevator, so it wasn’t an issue. Since our room was on the second floor, the view was more like a small glimpse of the ocean in the distance. The area is famous for beautiful sunsets, but I completely forgot and scheduled dinner at sunset time, so we couldn’t see it—such a shame. If the weather is nice, choosing a later dinner time might be better since the beach is close and you can take your time enjoying the sunset. The dog run isn’t very large, but our dog seemed to have fun running around. The meals were very generous portions and left us full. We could also order food for our dog and enjoy dining together, which was great. The photo spots were cute as well. We’d love to stay again if we have another chance.

This was my first time in Toi, and I really enjoyed the Onsen—the water quality and temperature were excellent. The staff were very attentive, making for a comfortable stay. The Ryokan’s Facility feels a bit old, but it has charm, which I appreciated. The Onsen was kept very clean, which left a great impression. The Room was also spacious and comfortable. It was very quiet at night, and I slept soundly.

We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath. Overall, we were satisfied with everything—the bath, the meals, and the service. We had a wonderful time. The in-room open-air bath while looking out at the sea was very comfortable. The large public bath was also very spacious and not crowded, so we could relax and enjoy it. Both dinner and breakfast were beautifully presented, and we enjoyed them very much—especially the grilled abalone and shabu-shabu. We deducted a few points because the parking lot is far away (which could be difficult in rainy weather), there are limited choices for meal times, the Room does not have an automatic lock, and noise from the hallway carries easily, but overall we think it is a great Accommodation that we can recommend to friends.

We stayed here during a trip around the Izu Peninsula. This Accommodation has a nostalgic, retro Showa-era atmosphere, and we recommend booking a Room with an open-air bath. We were able to relax and enjoy the Onsen as many times as we liked.\n\nThe meals were excellent. Since the sea is nearby, we enjoyed delicious fish, spiny lobster, and steamed abalone. The drinks went down easily too, making it a memorable dinner. As someone over 60, I find buffet-style dining—having to go pick up dishes myself—a bit of a hassle, so I really appreciated being served at the table.\n\nIn addition to the bath in the Room, there are three private Onsen baths available for reservation, and we used them all. The spacious open-air bath is especially recommended.\n\nThe staff were kind and courteous as well—highly rated. If we have another chance to visit Nishi-Izu, we would like to stay here again.

This was my first stay, and it was wonderful! The staff member who prepared our meals and the front desk staff were friendly and kind. The foreign staff member who assisted us also spoke excellent Japanese and had a lovely smile. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

First, head to the main building to check in. Check-in was quick, and after parking the car it was just a 1-minute walk to the villa. The exterior was simple, but the moment we opened the front door, a breathtaking view spread out before us. There were two fluffy beds upstairs and one downstairs, plus a futon set up for one person in the Japanese-style room—we were excited deciding where to sleep. Since we checked in toward evening, the sunset was stunning and incredibly relaxing. This time we made a Reservation for breakfast only, and it was delivered around 9:00 a.m. the next morning. The portions were generous and left us happily full from the start of the day: delicious sausages, yogurt, plenty of salad, scrambled eggs, and rich corn soup—everything was outstanding. We ate at the first-floor counter while looking out at the ocean, which was perfect. You can also step straight out to the beach in seconds, so we were completely satisfied.
