The Japanese-Western style room was spacious and perfect for relaxing as a family. The buffet menu changed slightly each night, and the local vegetables were especially delicious, making every meal both tasty and enjoyable. Lunch was an additional charge, but we appreciated it as well. The pool isn’t very large, but there were plenty of inflatable rings and kickboards, and locker keys and swim caps were lent to guests free of charge. It was open for long hours (7:00–21:00), which was great—we went to the pool whenever we had some free time as a family. Perhaps because swim caps are required, there wasn’t any hair floating around, and it felt very clean. There was also more than enough to do—Mölkky on the lawn, sledding, exploring the observation deck via the lift—and our child looked so happy. Table tennis was fun too! We enjoyed the Dinosaur Museum, Eiheiji Temple, and Tojinbo as well, but the Hotel itself was excellent. We’d love to visit again as a family. If I had one request: our child always sends postcards to grandparents while traveling, so it would be nice if the shop had more Fukui postcards available and if stamps could be purchased at the front desk.

The Room, the meals, and the rural scenery... everything was wonderful! Even travel guidance was provided, and the services were excellent, which made our trip truly enjoyable. My father, my husband, and I stayed in two Rooms. All of the staff were polite, friendly, and welcoming with warm smiles, and their service made us feel truly comfortable. The Accommodation itself was wonderful as well—being able to take the complimentary drinks from the first-floor lounge back to our Room, along with thoughtful touches like cold water after the bath, made the attentive service especially impressive. The baths were excellent too. Since they alternate between men and women, we could enjoy different baths on both the day we arrived and the next day, which added to the experience. The food was also delicious. We heard that a group would be staying there and worried it might be noisy, but we were seated in a separate area like a private room, so we could enjoy our meal peacefully and at a relaxed pace. If I may make one request: during the breakfast buffet, it would be very helpful to have small push carts that can hold trays. I imagine there are quite a few guests with weaker legs or backs who would appreciate this as well—though I understand it might get in the way in narrow aisles. Thank you very much for a wonderful one-night stay. We would love to visit again if we have another opportunity.

I stayed for three nights. (Used a smoking Room.) It was a good Hotel. (It has a retro, Showa-era vibe.) Being close to the station is very convenient—excellent. (Free parking.) Request: I would have liked cotton swabs among the amenities. Comment: The convenience store is far, so it’s better to come prepared. However, there are several restaurants nearby (including izakaya). Overall, I think it’s a very good Hotel. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The guided walk by the Hotel staff was wonderful, and the astronomy slide show—with a touch of humor—along with the nighttime stargazing session was also very enjoyable. The meals were delicious as well, and we were very satisfied. Next time, I’d like to make a Reservation to enj
