Featuring dishes that abundantly use the flavors of Southern Shinshu, such as horse sashimi, Shinshu beef, and Gohei mochi, along with specialty robatayaki. The Chausuyama natural Onsen offers 24-hour bathing with indoor baths and garden open-air baths. The 10-tatami mat Japanese-style rooms provide both spaciousness and scenic views. The open-air bath for women is nestled within a well-maintained garden, allowing guests to enjoy the scenery while taking breaks during long soaks.
