The Property offering kaiseki cuisine featuring Shinshu Wagyu allows guests to enjoy a panoramic view of the Onsen town from the open-air bath on the 4th floor. Renovated in July 2020, it opened an executive floor on the 5th floor, complete with an exclusive lounge where guests can enjoy local craft beer and coffee for free. The Property features spacious Japanese-style rooms and serene suite rooms. The Onsen, with its low-hypotonic weak alkaline and simple sulfur springs, is gentle on the skin and excellent for beauty. Saijo Onsen Tokura's hot spring source has been flowing along the Zenkoji Highway for over a thousand years and is known as the "Thousand-Year Bath." The spring quality is a simple sulfur spring, with the approximately 14-degree cold spring water heated for use. The slightly milky source water appears to change color depending on the day, earning it the name "Seven-Colored Bath." Additionally, the Onsen is rich in mineral components, making it effective for fatigue recovery, muscle pain, neuralgia, sensitivity to cold, gynecological issues, rheumatism, high blood pressure, and even cuts. Our Property welcomes guests from both within and outside the prefecture, and our dinner, featuring kaiseki cuisine made with seasonal local ingredients, is highly praised.
