We serve meals featuring Nagano's specialty "Nozawana" and various vegetables grown in our own garden. Enjoy the comforting taste of traditional homemade dishes at your leisure. We offer both Japanese-style and Western-style Rooms. The Onsen features a colorless and transparent "alkaline simple spring" with a pH level exceeding 11, a rare quality even worldwide.
