The soba is carefully handmade by the head chef.The smooth texture of the soba, with its fragrant aroma and firm bite, is further enhanced by the pure water of Yamanashi. We also offer Plans featuring Yamanashi's branded beef, "Koshu Wine Beef," and the local B-grade gourmet dish, "Kofu Torimotsu-ni." The Property offers a 30-tatami living room and five Rooms, each over 8 tatami in size, accommodating up to 24 guests. Enjoy gathering around the electric irori (traditional Japanese hearth).
