Within the premises, the "Nama Soba-dokoro Raksui" offers its signature fresh soba, made with buckwheat flour from the Uehara Farm, which has been awarded the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Prize. The soba is carefully handmade by the head chef.The smooth texture of the soba, with its fragrant aroma and firm bite, is further enhanced by the pure water of Yamanashi.
