A large renovated Meiji-era traditional house. The Property features newly installed floor heating, kitchen, toilet, and bath, ensuring warmth even in winter. The spacious glass-walled bath includes a steam sauna and a wooden terrace where you can cool down while gazing at the starry sky. The Property offers a 30-tatami living room and five Rooms, each over 8 tatami in size, accommodating up to 24 guests. Enjoy gathering around the electric irori (traditional Japanese hearth). The wooden terrace is equipped with barbecue facilities. Pets are welcome on the flooring areas. Conveniently located just 2 minutes by car from the Chuo Expressway Sudama IC and a 5-minute walk from the Sudama Highway Bus Stop. (Free parking for 7 cars available.) Behind the Property, you'll find a large supermarket, a 100-yen shop, and a coin laundry, making shopping easy and convenient.

“Ebisya” is a one-group-per-day Accommodation, renovated from a 70-year-old traditional Japanese house, located in the downtown entertainment district of central Kofu City.You can use two Rooms: “Rikyu Nezumi,” a Japanese-modern tatami Room with the soothing scent of tatami, and “Asagi Nezumi,” a simple Western-style Room.Each Room has two semi-double beds, and by laying futons in “Rikyu Nezumi,” up to 7 guests can stay.The beams and pillars have been preserved as they were, creating a nostalgic atmosphere.Enjoy views of Kofu’s streets from the Room windows, and step outside the entrance to be right in the heart of the nightlife district.In the evening, we also recommend dining at local hidden gems and izakaya pubs.Please use our Accommodation as your base for experiencing Kofu’s history, culture, and cuisine.
