"Lodge Kent" is located at an altitude of 1,100m on the southern foothills of Yatsugatake. Looking around the area, you can enjoy stunning views of "Yatsugatake" to the north and the "Southern Alps" to the south. Depending on the season and weather, you may also witness the breathtaking "Mt. Fuji at sunrise." In front of the building, a lawn landscape spreads out, where you can relax and unwind on the deck. Our Property is "pet-friendly," and you can spend a soothing time with your dog in the lawn dog run. Breakfast features a health-conscious menu using local ingredients. COCO VILLA Yatsugatake is located in a place surrounded by lush greenery in summer and offers a view of the Southern Alps mountain range through the trees in winter. Situated at an altitude of approximately 1,100 meters, it is a cool summer retreat about 10 degrees cooler than the city center. The south-facing villa is bathed in gentle sunlight throughout the day, and you may even spot deer families in the vast forest adjacent to the property. This villa, where you can fully immerse yourself in nature, offers a luxurious sauna experience with a seamless flow from sauna to cold bath to relaxation space. Enjoy a well-being experience in your own way—whether it's having a BBQ on the spacious wooden deck, playing mini-golf, or relaxing in the private sauna.

This Facility is a private cottage available for one group per day. You can relax in the wood-scented interior. In the garden, you can enjoy barbecue meals and a campfire. While there are no luxurious amenities, you can spend a relaxing time. From the wooden deck, you can admire the beautiful views of Mount Fuji and the Southern Alps, including breathtaking silhouettes of Mount Kitadake, Mount Kaikoma, and the Three Peaks of Houou during sunrise and sunset. To the north, you can also enjoy views of the Yatsugatake Mountains.
