Kominka Accommodation LOOF Ori-no-Ie is a private rental Accommodation with a total floor area of approximately 420 m², located in Otsuki City, once a post town along the Koshu Kaido. After more than 100 years, this historic retreat has been reborn as an adults-only kominka stay featuring a private sauna. Meals are served around an irori hearth table, with appetizers made from local specialties and dishes featuring plenty of seasonal vegetables. A selection of fine sake from Sasaichi Shuzo, a renowned brewery with deep roots in the area, is also available. "The Property with a View of Fruits" is named for its prime location surrounded by orchards, offering not just a view of the orchards but also the fruits themselves. The space where our guests stay is exclusively for their use, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing and free-spirited time unique to Yamanashi. Approximately 90 minutes from Tokyo and just about a 5-minute drive from Katsunuma IC, the location is highly convenient. For those traveling by train, Katsunuma Budokyo Station is nearby, and we recommend taking a taxi from the station. The first-floor space is a café (Cafe Belle Raisin). We offer sweets and meals made with fruits unique to Yamanashi. While this is not part of the accommodation space, we encourage you to visit.
