Thank you for taking care of us during the event at Stella Theater. The staff were incredibly attentive, the food was delicious, and everything was simply outstanding.

Our family stayed for one night. The Room was very spacious and comfortable. Dinner showed great attention to detail, and the wonderful dishes truly brought out the natural flavors of the ingredients. Both the fish and meat were grilled fresh on the spot, so everything was absolutely delicious. The breakfast delivered to our Room also highlighted the ingredients just like dinner, and it was outstanding in both presentation and taste. Above all, every staff member was kind and welcoming, and we had a truly wonderful time. Thank you very much.

We stayed here for my husband’s birthday trip. Our Room faced Mt. Fuji, and the view was amazing—we could see Mt. Fuji clearly even from the open-air bath. The meals also included Mt. Fuji-themed dishes, which we enjoyed with all five senses. There was a fireworks festival at Lake Kawaguchi, and the hotel prepared special seating on the rooftop so we could watch comfortably. We were also able to make a Reservation for a surprise birthday cake through the website, and it was served at our requested time. The service was excellent, and we would love to stay again.

I stayed here for the first time during the Obon holidays. The staff were very attentive, and the meals and lounge service were excellent. The Hotel and my Room were kept very clean, and the views were wonderful. I did not use the large public bath this time. I wish the gift shop had a wider selection.

I’ve always loved Mt. Fuji and have wanted to stay at KUKUNA for a long time! Because of work, I often end up making a Reservation close to the stay date, and it’s usually fully booked (it’s so popular). This time, a spot opened up just a few days before, and we were able to stay! Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great, so we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji during daylight. Still, our Room with an open-air bath was clean, spacious, stylish, and incredibly relaxing—it completely melted away our everyday fatigue. The food was also excellent: creative cuisine and a buffet, along with attentive service. This trip was also to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. When we mentioned it, they kindly gifted us a wonderful dessert and photos, making it an unforgettable trip. The Onsen in the large public bath was very clean as well—we soaked at ease and felt truly refreshed. The sauna was great too. We’d love to stay again (if we can get a Reservation!).

Since my first stay around 2019, this has been my number one “Accommodation I want to return to.” Sometimes revisiting a wonderful Accommodation can be a little disappointing, but this time there was nothing like that at all—I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the stay once again. The Room had a natural interior with the warmth of wood and felt very comfortable, and the lobby was also a relaxing space surrounded by greenery. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like an escape from everyday life. Above all, the dining was outstanding. Not only did everything taste amazing, but the presentation and overall experience made it exciting—wondering what would come next was part of the fun. Even my partner, who doesn’t often say “delicious,” was genuinely impressed by the meat dish. Along with the meat’s natural sweetness and rich flavor, the pairing with the sauce was excellent—we were still talking on our way home about how truly delicious it was. It didn’t just meet expectations; it reminded me all over again how special this Accommodation is. We would love to visit again.

We made a same-day Reservation during the busiest season on 8/15, and the staff were outstanding and treated us with great care. Our Room was on the Mt. Fuji view side, and both the room and windows were clean, so we had a very comfortable stay. When we saw Mt. Fuji in the clear morning sky, my spouse and I were truly moved! We were also satisfied with the dinner and breakfast buffet. Above all, the staff were exceptional, and we would definitely like to visit again.

The website highlighted the dining, and indeed both dinner and breakfast were as beautiful and delicious as expected. The service was attentive, making our stay very comfortable. The view from the terrace is well worth seeing, so don’t miss it.

It was great that I could take my dog for a normal walk. The Room was also cleaned well, and my dog relaxed without any fuss. The bath had a larger tub than a Business Hotel, and the shampoo and other amenities provided had a pleasant herbal scent. Being able to eat in the Room was also nice because my dog didn’t feel lonely. Even though it has an auto-lock, I accidentally went out without my key, and they came to unlock it for me twice. They helped me without showing any annoyance, which I really appreciated. I’m glad there were places nearby for walks. The cakes from the cake shop just a 1-minute walk away were delicious too.

Dining and shopping are available at nearby facilities. It was great to have free access to the bath during our stay. The view of Mt. Fuji from the Room was beautiful. Waiting for the clouds to clear was a relaxing moment. The female front desk staff were kind and courteous, and their smiles were wonderful. Breakfast wasn’t crowded, and we enjoyed it very much. Free Shuttle Service is available from Kawaguchiko Station. (Pickup requires a Reservation in advance; drop-off can be reserved at check-in.) Both the exterior and interior show their age, but the Room and other areas are well cleaned and kept tidy. The sink felt a bit dated. The Room key was delightfully nostalgic (laughs). I didn’t use the outdoor bath, so I can’t comment on it, but the Room I stayed in had a shower only. It seemed newly renovated and was very clean. (The provided shampoos include both DHC and Ichikami!) Lotion, emulsion, and makeup remover were POLA amenities. I ordered both dinner and breakfast; the portions were generous and everything was delicious! I really appreciated that it wasn’t buffet-style. Hot dishes were served hot. There is a laundry area; detergent costs 100 yen, but the drum washing machines are free to use! (There are two machines.) The staff’s service was excellent! So it felt more like a Ryokan than a Hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality during my stay!

First time staying here. The exterior and interior were both very beautiful, and the Room was spotless and felt very clean. The baths were spacious, both the indoor bath and the semi-open-air bath. The sauna was at just the right temperature, and the cold plunge made with Mt. Fuji water was freezing cold. My companions were very satisfied and said they want to stay here again. As the organizer, I really looked good.

I had a Multiple Night Stay, and to be honest, it exceeded my expectations. Although I couldn't see Mount Fuji from the Room I stayed in, I enjoyed a blissful time on the beautiful garden terrace where the day seemed to pass by in an instant. The medicinal stone bath was incredibly relaxing; after just one soak, my body felt thoroughly warmed to the core. By the second time, I even started looking forward to the bath preparation process itself. The Room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. During my stay, housekeeping cleaned while I was out for the day during my Multiple Night Stay. Returning to such a spotless Room felt like coming back to a brand-new space—it was truly impressive! The staff were kind and greeted me warmly every time we crossed paths, making my stay all the more pleasant. When visiting Lake Kawaguchi again, I will definitely return to Hana no Yado Yumefuji! The weather was great, and we had a clear view of Mt. Fuji. The meals were delicious, and we were very satisfied. It was disappointing that Fujiyama Onsen was closed.

It was a comfortable twin Room, and we could even see Lake Kawaguchi from the Room window. The amenities included everything we needed. Dinner was a half-buffet, which made it easy to choose just the right amount. The breakfast buffet let you make your own seafood rice bowl, which made it even more satisfying. I’m only disappointed that I missed the ochazuke time from 9:00 PM (I fell asleep). When visiting Lake Kawaguchi again, I’d like to stay at Breeze Bay again.

I love British antique furniture, so this is a pension I’d been curious about for a long time. The three of us stayed as a family. The furniture, tableware, and paintings—said to have been collected by the previous owner—were all just as I expected: tasteful and wonderful. Definitely worth seeing. I gave it 4 stars because the Facility is a bit old and the soundproofing isn’t great, but everything is very clean, the owner couple are lovely, breakfast was truly delicious, and both the bedding and bath were comfortable. The parking lot is spacious and it’s close to the Tomei interchange as well… for this price, it’s an excellent value. I’d love to visit again. Thank you very much.

Our family of four stayed for one night. On the first day we went to Fuji-Q Highland, and on the second day we toured around Lake Kawaguchi. From the welcome drink to kid-friendly services, the hospitality was wonderful. The kids were especially happy with the fireworks they received. In central Tokyo, there are only limited places where you can set off fireworks... The Room was clean and well maintained, and the Facility offerings were excellent. There were also amenities and equipment not listed on the website (bottled water, Ramune soda, coffee and tea, a hair iron, bathrobes, a ride to the station the next morning, and rental bicycles), so you won’t have any trouble as long as you bring only your basic personal items. Having breakfast delivered was also quietly appreciated. If we had to go to a dining area or pick it up somewhere, we would have needed to get ready—but it was easy to just receive it right after waking up.

We stayed here for a mother-and-daughters trip (three of us) to celebrate my mother’s 90th birthday. We were also impressed that three beds were set up side by side. All the in-Room meals were delicious, and we enjoyed the dishes inspired by Mt. Fuji throughout—beautiful to look at as well. We could even see Mt. Fuji from the open-air bath in our Room, and we had a truly luxurious time. They also gave my mother a gift for her 90th birthday, which deeply moved us. My mother was thrilled, and it became a wonderful, unforgettable celebration.

We stayed as a family of five, and the hospitality was outstanding. Although they call it a welcome drink, the drink corner was available almost all day throughout our Hotel stay, and until dinner there was even unlimited sparkling wine. In addition to the dagashi (Japanese snack) buffet service and amenities such as lotion, they also offered rentals like a baby formula maker and board games—everything you could ask for. The manga corner wasn’t just about the number of volumes; it also had sofas and cozy hideaway-like spaces, so we spent blissful time there. There are sofa reading areas and kids’ spaces throughout the building, making it truly relaxing.\nThe breakfast and dinner buffets didn’t use luxury ingredients, but there were many delicious, well-thought-out dishes. Alcohol was also all-you-can-drink, and we could compare local sake varieties. The kids-only buffet area and automatic pancake oven were fun, and we also enjoyed local specialties such as hoto hot pot and Fujinomiya yakisoba.\nThere were many international guests as well, but plenty of multilingual signs were posted around the Hotel, and everyone followed Japanese manners, so there was no stress at all.\nBecause the building has some age to it, it had a Showa-retro feel; however, Facility such as the toilets were updated to modern models, so it didn’t bother us at all for a family trip.\nWe would love to come again with our whole family.
