We are conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the entrance to Nishizawa Gorge, offering easy access year-round. Additionally, our location is ideal as a base for hiking in the Chichibu mountain range, including Mt. Kobushigatake, Mt. Torikabuto-yama, Mt. Kentoku-san, and Mt. Kinpu-san—making us popular among hikers. Situated at an altitude of 1,100 meters in the mountains, our facility remains cool even in summer without air conditioning. We also provide excellent access to urban areas and nearby attractions such as Fuefukigawa Fruit Park and Manriki Park or activities like fruit picking—perfect for exploring Yamanashi’s sights! Yamanashi Prefecture, known for its abundant fruit cultivation such as peaches and grapes, has long been famous as a wine-producing region. Our Property is located in "Katsunuma," an area particularly renowned for its thriving fruit orchards. "The Property with a View of Fruits" is named for its prime location surrounded by orchards, offering not just a view of the orchards but also the fruits themselves. The space where our guests stay is exclusively for their use, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing and free-spirited time unique to Yamanashi. Approximately 90 minutes from Tokyo and just about a 5-minute drive from Katsunuma IC, the location is highly convenient. For those traveling by train, Katsunuma Budokyo Station is nearby, and we recommend taking a taxi from the station. The first-floor space is a café (Cafe Belle Raisin). We offer sweets and meals made with fruits unique to Yamanashi. While this is not part of the accommodation space, we encourage you to visit.
