ReTune Villa, accommodating up to 10 guests, offers a spacious design. Enjoy breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji from the living room, terrace, and bedrooms. The semi-open-air bath in the garden uses premium well water sourced from Mt. Yatsugatake, while the detached area features a large irori hearth for cozy gatherings. In addition to a workspace facing the sunroom, there is an 8-person workspace on the second floor, and you can work on the terrace while admiring the scenery. Relax and unwind in this special space away from everyday life.

A large renovated Meiji-era traditional house. The Property features newly installed floor heating, kitchen, toilet, and bath, ensuring warmth even in winter. The spacious glass-walled bath includes a steam sauna and a wooden terrace where you can cool down while gazing at the starry sky. The Property offers a 30-tatami living room and five Rooms, each over 8 tatami in size, accommodating up to 24 guests. Enjoy gathering around the electric irori (traditional Japanese hearth). The wooden terrace is equipped with barbecue facilities. Pets are welcome on the flooring areas. Conveniently located just 2 minutes by car from the Chuo Expressway Sudama IC and a 5-minute walk from the Sudama Highway Bus Stop. (Free parking for 7 cars available.) Behind the Property, you'll find a large supermarket, a 100-yen shop, and a coin laundry, making shopping easy and convenient.

"Lodge Kent" is located at an altitude of 1,100m on the southern foothills of Yatsugatake. Looking around the area, you can enjoy stunning views of "Yatsugatake" to the north and the "Southern Alps" to the south. Depending on the season and weather, you may also witness the breathtaking "Mt. Fuji at sunrise." In front of the building, a lawn landscape spreads out, where you can relax and unwind on the deck. Our Property is "pet-friendly," and you can spend a soothing time with your dog in the lawn dog run. Breakfast features a health-conscious menu using local ingredients.
