Himi offers a variety of ingredients, including abundant seafood caught in Toyama Bay and vegetables blessed with famous water. You can enjoy gourmet cuisine using many of these ingredients, which can only be tasted at our facility. All guest rooms offer a view of the majestic Toyama Bay. If you're lucky, you can also see the magnificent 3,000-meter-class mountains of the Tateyama Mountain Range across Toyama Bay.

With only 5 rooms in the main building and a small detached Property, we offer a unique experience with carefully selected ingredients and heartfelt hospitality.
