Even though my Reservation was made on the day of arrival, everything went smoothly when I arrived—your service was truly excellent, and I’m very grateful. The well-stocked welcome drinks and the thoroughly cleaned Room made my stay extremely comfortable. Breakfast also had a great variety, and I was very satisfied. Considering the price, both the facilities and service were outstanding in every way. This is my No. 1 Business Hotel of the year. Thank you very much.

It was our first time staying near Toyama Station, and we stayed as a family. There were three women, but the Room was spacious enough, and it was great to have a facial steamer and massage equipment in the Room, as well as amenities like a choice of shampoo we liked. The location was excellent too. We booked a Plan that included parking, and even though we went in and out several times, they provided us with tickets accordingly, which was very helpful. When we visit Toyama again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

I visited after a long time. I could only book the Connect Twin before, but since it was a weekday, I was able to stay in the Wide View Twin again. The large windows offering expansive views of the sea and city were wonderful! The Room also had a massage chair. The public bath was as great as ever, providing a relaxing experience. The shampoo and other amenities were different from before, but they didn’t cause any dryness or irritation, which was reassuring. There was also a Refa hair dryer available. Please note that there is no sauna for women in the morning. Breakfast offers a choice between Japanese and Western set meals, with unlimited refills of salad, rice, bread, coffee, etc., making it very satisfying. It seemed like most guests chose the Japanese set meal; I opted for the Western one and appreciated that freshly grilled sausages were brought to my table when they ran out initially. The Himi Udon noodles were also delicious! Parking is convenient if you arrive early enough—you can park on Hotel’s 1st floor or at the flat lot across from it. Even if those are full, the municipal parking isn’t too far away either. It was an excellent stay with great value for money and left me feeling very satisfied overall. The staff provided exceptionally pleasant service throughout my visit. Oh yes—the complimentary coffee service on the 1st floor is much appreciated! Because of this amenity, having only powdered tea in Room wasn’t an issue at all. Thank you very much!

Just steps from the tram stop—perfect as a base for exploring the city! Toyama Castle is also nearby, making it ideal for an evening stroll. Don’t miss the breakfast—highly recommended! The local Toyama ingredients and dishes are delicious. You might end up eating too much.

I drove to Toyama to enjoy sushi, Himi beef, and white shrimp. The parking system was a bit confusing at first, but the Hotel staff were kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. The Hotel has tatami flooring throughout, so you can walk barefoot (if you prefer slippers, please ask at the front desk). There were about four kinds of after-bath ice cream to choose from, which was fun, and the free massage chairs were fantastic.

This time I booked a No Meals Included plan, so I can’t comment on the food, but the service (front desk and parking staff) was excellent and made my stay very pleasant. The Facility was also very well maintained for the price, and I was satisfied. There is a large public bath as well, which was perfect for me since I’m not a fan of unit baths. The location and adjacent parking were convenient too, and when I visit Toyama again, this Hotel will be the first one I look up.

I stayed here for the first time last year and was satisfied overall, so I chose this Accommodation again. They kindly stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which allowed me to sightsee hands-free. Thank you very much. The Room was comfortable. In particular, the bathtub was spacious so I could relax and recover from fatigue, and the shower water pressure was strong—one of the reasons I returned. I would love to stay here again when visiting Toyama.

It’s not directly in front of the station, but it’s less than a 5-minute walk, and choosing this Hotel turned out to be absolutely the right decision. The Room is compact, but new and very clean. The stylish interior details and design, the separate bath and toilet, an unpacking rack, and a small sofa made it highly functional and very comfortable to stay in. I also appreciated being able to log into my own account on the TV to watch subscription streaming services. The view from the window was of a parking lot, but personally it didn’t bother me. The in-house Facilities are excellent as well—having “Kurobe no Megumi” water dispensers on every floor was especially convenient. You can fill the provided decanter and enjoy coffee with the Nespresso machine, or chill the water as-is for a refreshing drink when you wake up. There’s a smart shop in the lobby, and it was nice (and very fitting for a JAL-affiliated property) that they sold “Udon desu kai.” At night, the restaurant on the first floor can be used as a bar, and the staff were very friendly. Even staying solo, I felt completely at ease and enjoyed a relaxing time. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with everything. I’d definitely like to stay here again when visiting Toyama!

I stayed here last year and chose it for its convenient location right in front of the station for sightseeing in Toyama. It was great to have a bath, and the complimentary coffee service was a nice touch. Best of all was the excellent breakfast— I was impressed by the wide variety of freshly made sushi. Of course, everything else was delicious too, and I was completely satisfied! Done for my next stay as well.

After checking out, I took the Shinkansen departing Toyama Station at 7:43. Since the breakfast buffet starts at 6:30, I thought I would only have about an hour to eat, but it was fine. The salmon ochazuke was delicious. When I asked to store my luggage before check-in, I was able to use a locker near the entrance—free of charge and with a PIN code that you set yourself. There is a laundry line above the bathtub, which was convenient. Note that the air conditioning is centrally controlled throughout the Hotel. They also have a library selection of books, but since I received a morning newspaper, I ended up focusing on that instead.

I stayed here again for the first time in a while after climbing Mt. Tateyama. It’s in a great location that you can reach from Toyama Station without getting wet even in the rain, and there are restaurants and cafés in the same building, including Doutor. In the lobby, there is an area exclusively for guests with plenty of manga and magazines/travel guides, and you can enjoy free coffee as well. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, including local specialties, and the breakfast venue is spacious. The Facility is starting to feel a bit dated, but the rooms are kept clean. I stayed on a weekend and found the rates relatively reasonable. They also stored my luggage until evening after checkout, and since the weather was unpredictable that day, I was even able to borrow an umbrella. Overall, I was very satisfied and would like to stay at this Hotel again.

Just a short walk to Fugan Canal Kansui Park. Also close to the Toyama Glass Art Museum. And incredibly close to Toyama Station! Perfect for sightseeing with Toyama Station as your base! The Hotel itself is clean and has nothing to complain about. Highly recommended.

At the IHG Hotel where I always stay, I can enjoy a comfortable stay every time and benefit from various services—thank you very much. During my stay it rained, and I was able to borrow an umbrella when going out. Thank you. The pillow and bed firmness were just right, and I slept soundly. Although it was a seasonally humid and uncomfortable day, the air conditioning worked very well. I received bath salts at check-in, which allowed me to enjoy a pleasantly scented bath—this was wonderful. With four elevators, there was no stress at all when going up or down. Water dispensers were installed on each floor. Instead of providing bottled water as before, this showed consideration for the environment. The breakfast venue was very spacious, with an excellent variety of food and drinks, all of which I enjoyed.

The Room features Ryukyu-style tatami mats, which may be especially appealing to female guests, and the overall atmosphere felt like a Ryokan with the convenience of a Business Hotel, which was very nice. There is an irori hearth in the breakfast venue, and it was great to be able to eat around it. It would have been even better if a real fire had been lit at night.

Drink bar (including alcohol), ramen, ochazuke, and ice cream You don’t often find a Hotel with so many thoughtful extras. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Toyama.

The top-floor spa offered breathtaking views of both the mountains and the sea—it was amazing.

I stayed at the accommodation during a business trip. Although I initially used the room's bath out of convenience, my body felt stiff, so I decided to visit the large public bath. As expected from an onsen, it was very relaxing. The breakfast buffet at Route Inn Group is always excellent, and Toyama Inter is no exception. The menu changes daily, making it a traveler-friendly choice for business trips.

This was my first time staying at an APA Hotel. I was a bit confused during check-in, but the staff kindly assisted me without rushing, so I could complete the process with peace of mind. The lounge had a great selection of drinks and was so comfortable that I wished I could stay longer. There was also complimentary curry served from 9:00 p.m., which was very helpful. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to stay again.

Depending on the time of day, there were many people and the washing area was full. Also, the bath water was a bit hot. We only had breakfast, but it was delicious and offered a wide variety, which was great. The futon was comfortable to sleep on, but it would have been even better if there were more pillow options.

I usually stay at a Hotel near the station, but during the Obon holiday period everything was expensive, so I stayed here for the first time. Since it was much cheaper than nearby Hotels, I arrived with some apprehension, but it turned out to be a satisfying Hotel. It’s more than enough for those who plan to drink nearby until late and just need a place to sleep. Amenities and services are minimal, but the additional Facilities were more than adequate, everything was well cleaned, and I had a comfortable stay. There is a coin-operated parking lot right in front of the Hotel; it wasn’t overly expensive and there were plenty of spaces, so it wasn’t an issue. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.
