I stayed for one night for my child’s appointment. I called several times with questions about my Reservation and changes, and each time the staff were courteous and helpful, which put me at ease. On site as well, they kindly assisted with arranging a taxi, allowing me to have a smooth stay. Breakfast was also delicious. The amenities were somewhat limited, but there was a convenience store nearby, making the location very convenient. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for your thoughtful assistance from the time we requested a change from no meals to meals included with our Reservation. It truly felt like an old castle in the forest, and the Room had a wonderful atmosphere. Above all, the baths—especially the open-air bath—had silky-smooth water, and I wanted to soak in it every day. The restaurant staff were also very attentive, and as expected of Niigata, the food was absolutely delicious.

The front desk staff were helpful, and the property was clean.
