The property at Oyu Onsen, with a history of 1300 years since its opening, boasts a large rock bath with water flowing directly from the source. There is also an open-air bath where you can feel the four seasons of Uonuma. From the main building and riverside, you can view Echigo Komagatake, one of the Echigo Sanzan mountains, and the clear stream of the Sarugawa River. Alcohol and soft drinks are all-you-can-drink during dinner. Additionally, there are private karaoke rooms and indoor recreational facilities such as table tennis, which are available for free.

The Onsen is located on the second floor, and the Rooms on the second floor are close to the Onsen, making them ideal for those with mobility issues.
