I booked this Onsen with a scenic-view bath after it caught my eye while searching for an Accommodation. Since meals are served in the Room, I was a bit concerned about staff coming in and out, but they delivered the food outside the door, which made it much more comfortable. We also laid out our own futons, so no one entered the Room during dinner—this suited us well. It felt like that helped keep the price a bit more reasonable. Dinner had many dishes and was delicious, and we were even more satisfied with the tasty local rice. The bath was a good size and perfect for relaxing at our own pace. The Shuttle Service to the station was also very convenient. We’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here on the day of the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival. Even though my Shinkansen arrived late, you came to pick me up, which was a great help. Also, being able to use the large public bath 24 hours a day was perfect for soothing my tired body. Staying at NASPA New Otani made this a wonderful trip. Thank you very much.

This was our first trip with our dog, and we stayed here. The lobby was stylish, and the drink selection was excellent. The Room was clean and very spacious, so our dog could relax comfortably. Both dinner and breakfast were luxurious and delicious. Although it rained, there was an indoor dog run, which our dog really enjoyed. The service was very polite and wonderful as well. We would like to stay again.

Our first glamping experience was amazing! Everything was so luxurious that we couldn’t help but sigh with delight!
