The property served as the setting for the famous work 'Snow Country'. It features an exhibition room showcasing works by Yasunari Kawabata, the creator of 'Snow Country', as well as a literary archive, a book corner with hundreds of volumes, and a movie viewing room, making it an ideal facility for fans of 'literature and onsen'.

We strive to be your “spiritual hometown”—an Accommodation where you can relax with the nostalgic comfort of returning home. After enjoying an Onsen tour with four open-air baths, two indoor baths, a kamaburo (stone sauna), and a private bath, please savor fresh local cuisine.
