All staff are Japanese and very courteous. Their service is excellent, so you can feel at ease. The breakfast here is outstanding!

I use this place whenever there is a forecast for heavy snow or snowfall. I saw the staff clearing the parking lot of snow early in the morning from my Room. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to take my car out safely. Thank you very much.

Free parking, and the view from the Room was quite nice. We stayed in a double Room, and it was clean and spacious, which was great. However, the bathroom and toilet are small. Also, there is a smoking area right outside the Hotel entrance/exit, and it smells. For non-smokers, I’d prefer it to be placed at a back entrance or somewhere with less foot traffic. It was unpleasant every time we passed by.

I arrived at Niigata Station close to 11:00 PM and headed to the Hotel after getting off the Shinkansen; it was very convenient with easy access from the station. Both the lobby and the Room were clean, and I have no complaints. I left early the next morning, but checkout was as simple as putting the key in a box, with no procedures required. It’s a Hotel I would like to use again.

A perfectly standard Room with no issues. Personally, I was a bit disappointed there was only one pillow, but it’s a business hotel so that’s understandable. With breakfast included at this price and a great location, it worked very well for my needs on this trip.

Although the building feels a bit old, we had a very comfortable stay. We made a Reservation with No Meals Included, but decided to have the breakfast buffet at short notice. Both the Japanese and Western breakfast staples were delicious, and the French toast was cooked to order, so we enjoyed it fresh. They also provided takeout cups for coffee, so I enjoyed a cup in my Room. I would like to stay here again when I visit Niigata. Thank you very much.

I needed to extend my stay at short notice for work, so I chose this Hotel because it seemed to have good access from Niigata Station. The Hotel is located in a quiet residential area near the tracks in front of the station, and it has a calm atmosphere. The front desk staff were very kind, and the Hotel has a unique, nostalgic feel. The Room was spacious enough, and the bed was double-sized and very comfortable to sleep in. The Facility is simple with nothing unnecessary. Although it does show some age, the Room was clean and comfortable. In the morning, you can pick up two pieces of bread and a drink as a light breakfast at the front desk. There were about five different kinds of bread to choose from. The drinks were black coffee, coffee with sugar and milk, grape juice, and apple juice. It felt reassuring—almost like being at home—and I was able to rest very comfortably. I think it’s a wonderful Hotel that you can use without hesitation when stopping by Niigata. Thank you!

About a 6-minute walk from the station. The area was quiet, yet close to the main street, making it very convenient to get around. Breakfast was mainly Japanese-style and very satisfying.

I stayed here again this year. The building itself feels a bit old, but it’s well cleaned and the area around the sink was spotless. The free breakfast was more than enough for me. Parking is in the multi-story garage diagonally across the street, and they apply a 100-yen discount. It’s located in Furumachi, in a somewhat quiet shopping street. There’s a Lawson convenience store on the first floor of the building, which is very handy.

Conveniently located near the station, with a breakfast buffet included and an affordable price. Check-in was at 14:00 and check-out was at 11:00. The day after my stay, it rained heavily, so the late check-out was very helpful. I would like to stay here again when I visit Niigata.

I had a very comfortable stay! Both the property and the Room felt clean overall, and it seemed well maintained down to the smallest details. Above all, I really appreciated the sense of privacy that let me relax without worrying about others. This time I stayed in Room C, and with its high ceiling it felt open and more spacious than it actually is. With its calm atmosphere, I think it’s perfect for anyone who wants to take things slow and unwind. The amenities included all the essentials, so there was nothing I found myself missing, and I was able to stay comfortably. Personally, I also liked that there weren’t too many unnecessary items. The location is great as well—you can enjoy exploring Niigata city while still having a quiet place to relax at the Accommodation. Overall, it was a Hotel where I felt truly at ease and would love to stay again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay or who values privacy!

I have stayed here several times. The Facility is very clean. You can also enjoy a welcome drink. On top of that, I really appreciate that breakfast is included. The staff were kind as well.

I was very satisfied with this clean Hotel. I did not meet any staff, so I cannot comment on the hospitality or service.\nThe only issue was that, although the Hotel itself was fine, it is close to an entertainment district, so there were some noisy people late at night.

I felt the amenities were limited. In particular, there were fewer items for women than at other Hotels. However, everything else was very good.

Thank you for changing my Reservation from a smoking room to a non-smoking room after I mistakenly booked the smoking option.
